I’m just posting a living document here that I’ll update whenever I start a new thread that may share some of my method in the PE realm. Basically, it’ll compile my stuff so that if someone feels like reading it, they won’t have to go digging too terribly hard.. I’ll list each link here with a little description, you can click at your leisure. I hope it’s all here…*shrugs*

Theories and Practices of the Pile of Gold
I talk about the things I’ve noticed and have personally found to be true as I pursue PE
1. thoughtfulgold’s Penis Enlargement as “Scheduled Trauma” theory
This is my PE theory. Literally, everything I do regarding PE down to my own routines and up to any advice I give references this theory. Everyone’s got something they use to go by, this is what I use. The theory and the comments are vital, as more explanations exist below the first post than I can admit to.
2. thoughtfulgold’s Edging Theory
This is how I see “Edging” and “Ballooning”. I learned this originally from Big Al a while ago and this is how I apply it. Feel free to disagree or agree. I can’t push my own view as gospel and have no need to…but if you’d like a crash course in Edging, this will get you started.
3. thoughtfulgold’s Gains Theory: What mechanisms do they use and how do they differ?
This goes in tandem with my “Scheduled Trauma” Theory. I detail what a “trauma” is in a PE sense and then we talk about what actually happens (at least according to this set of Au bricks) that your penis decides to let you gain in size. It touches on how different exercises exert different portions of the penis in different ways. And what “Newbie Gains” are and what to do after they’re gone.
4. How to Read & Adjust Rod style Traction Devices (X4/Size Genetics/JES/Similar)
This is just for the Extender and ADS crowd. I started PE on a rod style traction device (the X4 Labs Gold Edition) and I speak a bit on calibration of the device with pictures displayed here. At least it gives you a place to start with a box full of rods, a base and some straps. *chuckles*

TG’s Routine List
Every sorcerer has to have a few tricks, this is what I do to keep the gains coming.
1. Pumping and Clamping Routine and Gear List #1
First routine I ever put on Thunder’s and really one of my basic backbone routines that I’ll do after I come off a big break of several months. Usually something like this is where I gravitate, as I admit I’m a pumper more than anything at least at this point in my career. It is more balanced (Read: Lighter) than my Advanced routine and heavier than my Minimized routine.
2. Lightweight Routine #1-Stretching
This is the idle routine thing that I do when I’m not in a devoted routine, when I’m too lazy to grab my gear, when I’m short on time, or when I want to have an excuse to edge.
3. thoughtfulgold Advanced Routine #1: Pumping with ULI#3
When I started getting into the really long duration pumping and pushing for more girth and EQ. Not for the faint of heart or inexperienced at pumping and the intense ULI #3 exercise
4. thoughtfulgold’s Minimized Pumping and Clamping experiment
Exactly because the above routine is often too much and for no reason at all. This is an ongoing experiment to prove there’s good in “less is more” routines and…if you’re one of those “less is more” types, this is for you.
Now: 8.875" BPEL x 6.125" MSEG as of 8/12/2016 It's a long story but...
Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.
My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.
