Report #1 (~300 days in, 1/3 of the way there)

I have met my goal for the 1/3 point of my PE adventure with about 3 weeks to spare.

I started PE on 8/10/04 with a rock hard 6.5” BPEL x 5.0 EG penis. 280 days later, I now have a rock hard 8.0” BPEL x 5.5” EG penis. Volumetrically, that is ~50% more penis than what I started with.

My initial routine consisted of stretching and jelqing in the hot tub every morning. I started at something like 200 jelqs per day and gradually moved that to about 500 per day. My stretching was done for about 15 minutes prior to jumping into the hot tub. I later added Horse 440s. I experimented with homemade hangers, stretchers and golf weights, all of which I used to varying degrees.

After ~140 days, at Christmas 2004, I had gained 1.0” BPEL and 0.375 EG (to 7.5” BPEL x 5.375” EG). I consider these to be my “newbie gains”.

I then initiated hanging. I hung BTC for 3 months, SO for 1.5 months and am now back to BTC hanging. I also used one of my homemade stretchers or homemade golf weights everyday (for 4 to 10 hrs/day typically). I continued to stretch and jelq, but with no set schedule. I got some cable clamps which I used about 2-3 times a week, sometimes more. I also have a Mityvac/gravel vacuum pump which I used about once a week, sometimes more.

Now, after another ~140 days of the above hanging regimen (280 days total), I’ve gained an additional 0.5” BPEL and 0.125” EG to arrive at my current size of 8.0” BPEL x 5.5” EG.

Other than a forced 3 week break over Christmas 2004, I have not taken breaks other than the occasional unplanned day off (typically 1 or 2 a month). I hang every day, stretch and jelq everyday, clamp about 2 or 3 times a week and pump maybe once a week. I wear my homemade golf rings everyday for about 8 hrs. I don’t wear anything at night. I have a Thera-P wristband which I wear occasionally.

I’ve never had an injury.

I am very happy with the size of my penis now, but my curiosity about what is still possible will keep me practicing PE until such time as I am no longer curious. Until then…

My short term goal is 8.25” BPEL x 5.55” EG at my 1 year PE anniversary (365 days) on 8/10/05, my intermediate goal is 8.625” BPEL (8” NBPEL) x 5.75” EG by 3/1/06 (for 75% more penis at ~600 days) and my long term goal is 9.0” BPEL x 6.0” EG by Christmas 2006 (for 100% more penis at ~865 days).

Brief diatribe…

I could not have done what I have with out Thunder’s Place. If I had to boil down what I know about how to be successful with PE at this point in my PE career, I would say “be resourceful”. Having a place like Thunder’s to turn to, makes this easy! Everything you could possibly imagine to want to know about PE is covered somewhere here at Thunder’s, you just have to find it. I think I spent the first 4 or 5 months of my Thunder’s Place membership without a single post…I was too busy reading, i.e. being resourceful! I would recommend to newbies to “take charge of your PE career” by being accountable for your own success or lack thereof. By accepting personal responsibility for your own PE outcome, you will be “encouraged” to be resourceful. A good place to start is the search button. You are guaranteed to learn something that you can add to your PE arsenal!

Thunder, thanks for creating the PE resource clearing house and community of encouraging PE practitioners that is Thunder’s Place. After one’s own mind, I think it is the most important tool that PE practitioners have. The benefit that this site does for its members (and SOs) is incalculable.

Thanks to the members who have engaged me in discussions on PE topics. If I have sought your counsel it is because I have exhausted my own resourcefulness or come to dead end in the area in which I sought input. The sharing of your hard won understanding of PE is a tremendous gift that is much appreciated. I hope to be of similar assistance to others when I am capable of such.

Thanks to Bigger for his boundless generosity in discussing topics within my areas of my ignorance and providing timely encouragement. I am less ignorant and more in charge of my PE adventure for it. We stand on the shoulders of giants in this endeavor.

Well, regardless of my comment in my previous post, I’m shuttin’ ‘er down. I’m now in day 3 of my first deconditioning break. I’m pleased with the results of my first round of PE, but temporal and more importantly, tissue, constraints dictate that xeno pull it in for a pit stop.

I’m getting good advice on strategy, and will aim for a break duration of 3 months, back in gear ~September 1. Exact re-entry strategy undetermined as of yet.

In the meantime, I’ll be letting Tiger Wood do what Tiger wants to do! I figure if I put my dick (that’d be Tiger :) ) into my wife’s pussy half as much as I was putting it into my BIB, I’ll be getting a lot of pussy!

I’ll still keep track of things at Thunder’s and post as I see fit.

impressive results Xeno- makes me wish I was more dedicated to PE… but with my new job I should have a lot more time to hang, so hopefully I’ll see more results.

Out of curiousity- did you start hanging with light weights and ramp up quickly? or have you just ramped up slowly over time?

Over the course of ~6 months of hanging my max weight went from 12 lbs to 28lbs. I don’t know if that should be considered quickly or slowly, although I probably ramped up faster than is typical (and ideal, I think), as (out of neccessity) I experimented with a period of fewer heavier sets rather than more lighter sets. This strategy worked well for gains and, unfortunately (but not unexpectedly), for tissue conditioning, the latter of which has forced my decon break.

“For the good of the order”, I’ve decided to keep a decon journal. I never expected that there’d be anything of interest ocurring during decon…silly me.

Entry 1:

(6/14/05) Day 12 of decon break:

My skin has softened considerably. After 6 months of daily hanging my skin had become both tough and loose; now my skin has both softened and tightened around my inner parts considerably, but I think there is something other than skin tightening going on.

I measured a BPFSL of 8.75” yesterday, which is 0.125” greater than the 8.625” measurement that I had been getting consistently for the last 1.5 months. For me, a BPFSL-BPEL value of 0.75” doesn’t last long before the BPEL value rises, closing the gap back down to 0.625” or 0.5”, so I would expect that I’ve got some EL gains stored up at this point.

Oddly, my BPEL is still 8.0”, but my EG has gone up 0.063” to 5.563” (even had a few 5.625” measurements). I think that some of the skin tightening that I’m noticing is due to the lateral expansion of the CCs and CS, as indicated by the increase in EG that I’ve measured. I feel tingles and twinges in my penis periodically throughout the day (seems to be in the CCs mostly), feelings that I believe are associated with growth of the CCs and CS. I think I’m experiencing a hystertic growth response of the CCs and CS in filling in the newly available space made by the re-forming of the ligs and tunica that I’ve done over the last 10 months. Is it possible that my penis is “rebounding”, in so much as I spent the last 6 months hanging everyday, placing axial stress on my inner parts and then, upon abruptly stopping, is my penis responding with a sort of “rebound” that manifests itself as growth in the directions orthoganal to the applied stress vector, i.e. radially? If this process were operant, would it neccessitate a decrease in EL (Poisson ratio effect)? Initially I thought so, in order to comply with conservation of mass, but then again, my proposition is that I am experiencing CC and CS GROWTH, IOW, conservation of mass doesn’t apply.(?) The time scale seems too short to allow for this kind of rate of tissue growth…OK smoke from xeno’s ears now —> comments solicited (that means you, mbuc, Modesto and the rest of the over-thinkers here at Thunder’s)

According to what I’m observing, it appears that the lag time is about 10 days before seeing the onset of this delayed expansion. I wonder how long this can go on? Man, I thought PE was magic before…pull on your dick and it will grow!, but I’m really impressed now…don’t pull on your dick and it will continue to grow!

My PE effort during decon consists of an almost “no touch” policy of research, about 3 pisspulls/day and kegels, lots of ‘em. I also use a homemade cock-ring to keep very mild engorgement through the day. This along with the kegels should keep good blood flow and force to suppport expansion and growth of the CCs and CS.

I’ll post updates as it seems warranted.

Congratulations on meeting your primary goal. I started about a month after you, started out working hard but slackened for about 3 months. And am now diligent and putting in what it takes to reach my goals as well. Just a quick question, were you hanging 28 lbs. With a homemade hanger?

No way brother. I built 3 homemade hangers and then bought a BIB. Should have just bought the BIB to start with.

I think size increase during the first part of a break is from the tissues becoming more pliable.

At times I’ve experienced actual shrinkage - both BPEL and BPFSL - during periods of intense PE. The tissues stiffen from the stress. A few days off or easing up allows the size to come back, usually plus some. Maybe the same thing is at work when we don’t measure any progress, then suddenly grow a decent amount practically overnight. The stiffness that had accrued diminishes, revealing the gain.

Other factors may also be involved, but I’ll bet at least a portion of what you’re seeing are gains you had already made.

Thanks for your thoughts on this hobby. I think you’re right…what you describe is consistent with my observations and makes sense. I definitely saw BPEL and BPFSL decreases at times during my hanging training, at which point I would back off, but not stop, hanging for a couple of days. Had I stopped completely, I might have noted this kind of response earlier.
