2-5/8” BPEL and almost 2” MEG gains are better than I have been able to do, TG. I am at 1.5 x 1.5 (tops) currently for gains, and those are old, solidified, cemented, permanent gains, so I am considering myself a “newb” again. Hoping to get some “newbie gains” as well ;) If not, so be it, but at least I can get back into PE and going the right direction.

The screen name change must have been someone else. No Matter, I was just going to look back at old material, as you seem to have lots of good stuff. I can really relate to your layout and the language used. It is very methodical and logical to me. I’m in the right place :D

Well, while I’ve gained a good bit…I remind folks I also started out smaller, with shit for Erection Quality and with a skin tag that had an effect on my erect size. Removing it was good for at least a free .5” in length and probably some girth since I never had 10 EQ in my life (more like 6 at best, still was soft most times) before the removal of the tag. Plus, smaller guys have more dramatic gains more often in my observations.

I love good material. I hate complex layouts that feel like reading a damn dissertation. You miss the facts, information and steps to take trying to decipher that shit. That actually irks me so whenever I do a piece, I always write it how I’d say it to someone who asked about it. Not how I’d “present it” to a professor. Cuz that’s bogus.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

I am kinda taking this week off, getting my thoughts together. I have noticed one thing, TG. My EQ is better, without the supplements! So I will be starting the routines w/o my usual pills. Glad I listened to you, I was building a tolerance to them anyway. I just need a good men’s multivitamin from GNC, and stick to that.

We shall proceed next Monday or Tuesday, I’m thinking maybe Monday should be my day off, at least when I am working. Sunday is too good of a day to not use for a little PE so I will likely use Monday as my day off. Hmmm…

If we use clamping,extender, pump, hanging and PE with hand, is it good?

Is there any routine that combined them with considering NOT over training?


I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance

No. Combining all of those things will either lead to injury or definitely stall your gains and make them go SLOWER.
