I think what he means is that fluids are sucked faster than blood, so the faster you pump, the more fluids and less blood you suck. If you have skin stretch marks, that could be an indicator consistent with that hypothesis. I guess skin is more elastic than tunica (expecially when the penis is erect), so if the expansion was due to blood inside the tunica, you should have scars on your tunica. Not something to aim for.

Then it seems this is not happening. I used to get that with static pumping. Fat and plump if you will. That is not happening unless I start to go over 150 or so reps. Just good solid build up.

I have tried 2x30 min up to 17,5 in.HG, 3x15 min up to 12 in.HG.

I have only been able to do 9 days of dynamic pumping. As I have got a lot of blisters… a total of 4 blisters on the head!

I have pratically got no results. Something like 0.02” in length, 0.04” in girth, -2 degrees in curve.

I don’t recommend this technique, it is too dangerous and it gives nothing.

If you’re getting blisters , you’re using too much pressure .

Back off .

HomerJS is using 20-25 in.HG, you can check his messages.

Yes in the tube it works very well, you will get record on record, but outside it is another story.

Maybe I will try it again later with soft duration and pression. According to my experience, I don’t advise more than 3x15 min up to 10 in.HG. Always check the head in the tube and stop as soon as you feel a leak in the glans.

I have got blisters at “up to” 20 17,5 15 and 12 in.HG on different location of the head.

Now, I come back to manual PE.

Raptor, are you dropping the vacuum to near zero as soon as you hit your high vacuum levels, or are you keeping it there for a while?

Yeah, blisters indicate you are way too high for you!

Its funny, occasionally we get guys here that can sustain crazy high vacuum levels and seem to get good results, but for most guys…like raptor, bad things start to happen even above 9 in hg. For me, as soon as I see red dots, I back down or at least don’t go higher until I don’t get them at that vacuum level any more.

Its so weird how there can be such a difference in the ability to take stress productively! But it definitely seems to exist! This may be why for some “less is more”’ and others “more is more”. If I took my dick up to 25 in hg, it would explode in the tube!

Perhaps that is what is going on here. Again maybe the ideal would be to use this method for a short time, then go back to lower vacuum, longer periods of time and see if you can break plateaus with this method, while NOT toughening tissue. The problem that has always shown up with high force methods is it limits total gains because once the tissue toughens, you are done gaining. Otherwise, you will have to continue to use higher and higher forces in order to break or stretch the increasingly tough tissue, and eventually you will either hit the wall or destroy your penis.

I remember one of our members working up to hanging over 100 lbs. He made rapid gains for a short period of time, then hit the wall and no additional gains would come. I think he gained about 1 1/2 inches length before it stopped. (warning here, catastrophic injuries have occurred with guys who go the high force route).

On the other hand, most of the guys that have gained the most have used moderate to low forces for prolonged periods of time, and rarely with significant injuries.

HJS, I believe what you are reporting, and I feel its reasonable to say that the 1/2 in you have gained past your original 7 in bpel is real gains. However, you have to understand that most of our guys can’t sustain those type of vacuum levels safely, so anyone trying this should proceed very carefully! AGAIN, if you are going to do this, don’t increase more than 1 in hg each time.

For example, if you have never gone about 5 in hg, try going to 6 MAX for that day…and if all is fine, next time try 7 in hg and so on. You will hit high levels soon enough, but at least you are doing it in a safer manner. IF you get micro HEMORRHAGES, that is red dots, that is your first warning that your blood vessels are failing at that vacuum level. I don’t suggest going higher until you no longer get them.

IF you are getting a real drop in EQ, thats another warning that you should back down. AND CERTAINLY blisters are an indicator you are way too high for your ability to tolerate it!

I remember PEforeal talking about he experimented with high vacuum levels for a long time, but didn’t really start to make gains until he went moderate vacuum ( 5 and below) for longer periods. Plus, he talks about how he had ruined his EQ at those higher levels.

So, watch for blisters, red dots and a dropping EQ if you are going to try this, and please go up gradually for safety sake. Remember, once you have really hurt your penis, it can’t be undone, you can only hope to recover from it, so BE CAREFUL!

Okay, well there seems to be some misunderstanding regarding this method so I will do my best write a basic routine that will be less confusing.

First of all you need a pump. I would recommend something slightly larger in width and at least 1” in length than your current erect size (I am sorry that I am not familiar with all the terms used here). I believe that packing the tube is NOT something that you are aiming for. There is a theory about captive reptiles and amphibians that they will only grow so large in proportion to their environment (tank) and I have noticed this regarding pumping in a tube as well. Maybe it’ keeps the pressure equal on all sides. I really don’t know. But, you will have to buy larger tubes to accommodate this as you progress. I noticed that as I got close to the end of the tube, say within a 1/4 inch things slowed down until I got a longer tube.

Don’t pack the tube. If you are it’s time for a larger tube.

* Do about 100 dry or wet jelque to warm up a bit.

* Lube up real good, especially the area below the head. This seems to be where most of the stretching occurs.

* Evacuate the air. As soon as you start to feel the stretching - that’s high enough - RELEASE THE VACUUM - IMMEDIATELY! Not 3-5 seconds later - IMMEDIATELY!

* Repeat.

* That is it. Very Simple and should take no longer than 1 hour.

* Every other day or 2 on/1 off but make sure you take that rest day. Very Important! When you come back you will notice improvement.

* Watch for all the warning signs listed here and other places over and over again. If you have them, Back Off - Take a Break, then start again - Do Not Overdo It.

* As you continue along in reps you will slightly increase the vacuum - based on how it FEELS. It should ALWAYS feel GOOD! You are not trying to torture your penis into submission. You are encouraging it to ‘gently’ stretch. Gently is the key word. High vac will DESTROY your penis unless you are used to it. DESTROY IT!!!

Beginner:

If you have never done any pumping before start out with 50 COMFORTABLE reps until you are used to it and gradually increase until you get to 100 reps.

Remember the keywords: Comfortable, Gentle

Advanced:

If you are used to pumping: 100 reps then slightly increase vac pressure and doing an additional 25-50 reps. You can experiment but I have found that doing over 150 reps causes a doughnut effect. 150 seems perfect, just enough - not too much.

Only HOLD the very last rep for a count of 30-50.

Regarding the debate over high or low vacuum, it is just something I have become used to and it’s NOT for long periods. Out of 150 reps it’s only for the last 50 and I am used to it! Remember that, everyone is different it took awhile to get used to that much vacuum. I have been pumping on and off for 35 years!

Until recently I just had a pump I bought online with a bulb and had very good results. I just bought an actual pump with a gauge at Harbor Freight to get an idea what HG I am actually using.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
