This Works (Dynamic Stretching)

Shortly said, without a gauge (working right) you can’t know how high is the force is applied on your penis.

Ok I think we need to clear a bit of confusion here (maybe it’s just me, of course). Are we meaning with ‘dynamic stretching’ just pumping to a given pressure for short times (high or low in absolute terms doesn’t matter) and then releasing the pressure, or are we meaning pumping to high pressure (10+ hg) short time and then releasing the pressure? If the former is the correct answer, you need to know for sure what’s the maximum pressure you are reaching, and you don’t know it without a gauge, IMO.

Well when I first did this way back around 1979 let’s say there wasn’t much science information easily available or computers or internet for that matter. Instruction was not easily obtained. So in reality I had no idea what I was doing except to try things out. A gauge? Nope… It was fly by wire baby.

At first I just would static pump until it felt comfortable and leave it for a minute or two, release the air, get an erection again, and repeat. Then the doughnut seal started to leak. There weren’t spares you could just go buy at the store. The doughnut and pump came together in a package. Even mail order sucked. It was a completely different world back then.

So I made do with what I had. Pumped as fast as I could to as high as I could comfortably get. Immediately it would start so leak away. Repeat over and over until tired.

Today it’s much more scientific, Thank God! Today we can say, ” I pump to x for so much time” etc. We can learn from each others experiences and mistakes. ThundersPlace Forums are a Godsend. This much vacuum is harmfuI…, I injured myself… help, etc etc.

Anyway not to belabor the subject, my point was that I was agreeing with Cap about long periods in the tube wuth nothing to show for it permanently. I still say comfort is the primary factor for guidance but the gauge is great to make sure one doesn’t get crazy with pressure too.

I think you need that constant tugging or pulling that this method provides to make length gains. The difference is that it isn’t static but active if you will. That has always been my line of thinking at least. Pressurevbeing relative to the individual.

I have been giving this some thought the past few days. It seems to me that this method isn’t really so much about the vacuum part that has been the focus of conversation. It’s actually about the pulling that the repeated up and down cycling of the repetitions affords. (Pressure being relative to the individual.)

Many are using ADS devices that statically pull with the goal of stretching. Well with this, the pump is being used as nothing more than a ‘Stretching Device’ but not in the way that pumping usually works. Usually it’s pack the tube then it supposedly stretches, correct?

With this one is essentially pulling outwards approximately 100-150 times in a slow repetitive manner. Which I guess I could do with my hands.

I just measured yesterday. I started up again approximately 6 weeks ago. I was at 7 5/8” and my last measurement was 7 1/2”. That’s 1/8” in about 6 weeks time and I am 55 years old. This works… At least for me it does :-)

Same principle as jelqing. And jelqing covers both stretching lengthways and circumferentially. Which is why jelqing is the king of exercises. :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

While jelqing the penis remains stretched constantly between the strokes, though.

It does when wet jelqing, but not if you are dry jelking single handed. :)

Well I guess if someone were to go down to somewhere above 0hg then I guess you could accomplish that as well. Say only go down to 5hg then back up?

It would be similar, yes.

So even though I called this Dynamic Stretching I am essentially Jelquing with the pump. Great!

AND we know jelquing works! The problem with jelquing, is it ISN’T calibrated, and that’s where problems come in.

Two different guys could jelque for the same time, but one could be using twice the force as the other, and either succeed or fail because of it. The great thing about pumping with a gauge or hanging, is you can precisely determine the force/time AND convey it to someone else, and they can duplicate.

Telling someone to do “moderate force” jelque may translate to 5 lbs of pull for one guy or 20 for another. This is why I like objectively measurable PE, it allows us to more accurately convey what you are doing, so it can be more accurately replicated.

HomerJS - thanks for your efforts on this thread - you have obviously spent a lot of time posting here and I appreciate the sharing of your experiences. I particularly like your advice to pay attention to the feeling of “tight” and gradual, progressive increases in vacuum.

Mr Fantastic's pump and how to dynamically pump

I started trying out Homer’s dynamic stretching (although I tend to call it dynamic pumping) a little while ago and found it is helping my EQ. Too early to tell if it is contributing to my BEPL though I am hopeful.

As a result I jumped in and bought one of Mr Fantastic’s electric pumps which operates in a dynamic fashion. It is covered in this thread The Mr. Fantastic Pumping.

I have only used it for two days but my initial impressions are good. If you use it in an automatic fashion you set maximum and minimum vacuums and it cycles sinusoidally in between in a rate depending on adjustment of two knobs. I found I can also get rapid loss of vacuum by momentarily opening the leak valve (one of the knobs) while in operation which is quickly regained when you turn the knob the other way. The other knob varies pump speed.

I am interested in experienced pumpers view on what you think is the best cycle to use for gains (ie should I go for long or short cycles or should I vary them and include the occasional quick loss of vacuum).

This is an amazing find. Got to try it out.

Flacid Length 3.68 X 4in -----------BP Flacid Length 5.5 X4in. (I''m a fatso at 268lbs), was 305lbs

Erect Measurement 5.5 X 5 in.-------BPEL (wait for it) 7.0 x 5 in. (I know, I was suprised to!) Fatty, fat, Fatty!

Just started doing PE and losing weight. I used to say to girls "I swear there used to be more there!" I think I was right!
