So I must have doubled the amount of stretches and it felt a bit better.

Are you not giving your hanger or phallosan a try out at all? Is there a structure to your routine or just doing whatever you are in the mood for? I noticed some clamped edging in there, nice ;)

I’m doing a girth routine which is going pretty well, I’ve recently added some stretches which so far I’ve done a couple of times on off days. I do not know yet if I’ll perform them often or if I will stick to girth work exclusively.

I quite often do a bit of clamped edging and then jump into a bend followed by a nice squeeze. I try to do split sessions, so clamped edging with bends and a few squeezes can be one of them. My favourite is squeezes and jelqs. The squeezes are awesome when I have a top EQ. Bends feel great too, the intensity is obvious.

I try to aim for soreness, it’s not always easy to do so.

I’ve messed alot with wrapping and the hanger, a few times with success. I’ve felt some weird discomfort, nerves being crushed, otherwise it gave a very nice pull. Since I can do girthwork and it’s much more fun, I stick to girth work. I would love to avoid stretching hair and skin, so if manual stretches give me 0.5” of length that’s great.

I tried a bit of clamped edging but it was worthless, I then performed a good deal of horse squeezes which felt great, and finished with 15 mn of jelqing.

I was often plump throughout the day, and that plump size was absolutely massive. Last time I experienced that I was doing plenty of squeezes, but had to stop due to discomfort. That’s also when I started being girthier at 80 % EL rather than 100%. So I’m not sure it will translate into erect gains at all.

I’ll most likely benefit from 4 days- a week off in a bit. It could be a dreaded opportunity to measure. Not sure I want to become too disheartened though, that would not be productive .

One of the things that puts me off clamping is the hit and miss nature of sessions, not sure why it’s so up and down probably a combination of things, what do you think ?
If I could get a perfect session everytime I’m sure I’d gain from it.

First , how do you see your camping sessions? 10 mn with max pressure? Do you stay erect ? etc..

It may simply have to do with mood and how easily erect I get. If I’m sexually bored it is very hard to edge period, the clamp helps but doesn’t always cure the problem. Also the body may react more positively to the clamping hand as opposed to a clamp.

I reckon it is is damn convenient for girth work: erect bends, jelqs etc..

I may still prefer squeezes (at least 2-3 mn holds) followed by jelqs to hit my penis hard, the only downside is they tire the hands a lot.
I’m pretty sure there’s more expansion with my hands compared to the clamp, on the other hand I hold them for less, on the third hand I have much less chances to have lymph fluid build up.

Of course if you come across drilla9’s thread you start drooling and want to focus on clamping only. Damn off I am to check it again, I don’t remember he described in details how he clamped, he sure gave some tips but if I remember right, no more.

I’ve come to the point where I’m convinced it doesn’t change squats to mix clamping, clamped edging, manual squeezes, jelqs, bends and do either of them as I please. I can get plenty of intensity out of them all, if one doesn’t go well I switch to the other. Consistency and what happens during each session is what matters most.

Huh I have awful EQ, I’m thinner shorter, and can hardly get erect. I’ll take the day off and may avoid girth work for a bit longer.

Yet it doesn’t mean the session was completely negative, I’ll need to wait the next few days to know.

Erection is still low quality, it has been pretty much awful for someone in his early twenties for about a year anyway. Hard to know whether you’re overtraining or not in such conditions. I’ll give a try to tennis ball massage for the pelvic floor, I’m pretty sure it’s fucked up, but there could be a variety of reasons for that.

I edged today (or did what I could), EQ was not at its best, but I measured and was pleasantly surprised to not see a mm of an increase. I have been very consistent the past two months.

I might look a bit more into fulcrum stretches now, maybe I need to stop working on girth so much since I have gained next to nothing and have felt weird discomfort as of late.

Let’s be honest I’ll most likely end up doing both stretches and girth work in a couple of days :/D

I did plenty of stretches and three sets of clamping (not a fan but it’s quite easy). There was no width expansion, so that means I can’t be sure there’s any expansion of the ccs, the vast majority of it could come from the cs.

Sounds to me like clamping isn’t going to do it for you, how do you feel about it ?
What else have you tried ? Or what haven’t you tried ?

How are you guys clamping. I was fighting it until I switched my method. I clamp semi erect and work up to erection tightening one click at a time as eq increases. Once you hit the sweet spot once you know exactly where it.

I use a silicone sleeve as padding. Also, if you don’t get low enough it has a lessened result. The most common issue guys have with clamping is clamping too tight. If you really want to clamp that tight, you need to get to maximum expansion before choking it off. I don’t recommend it but some guys do.

I currently use two titanmen flat cockrings instead of the clamp. No padding required and they stay great. I start with one and work up a good engorgement via stimulation and kegels. Then I apply the second over the first one and repeat. The expansion is nuts. It works great for me anyway. I find the cockrings provide the perfect amount of pressure for inflow but limited outflow. Good luck guys.

I think it’s convenient to perform erect bends (which I have tried and liked), but that’s about it for me. I’m still convinced clamped edging is a good way to end a session.
I do not know about the rest.

So far I’ve only done girth work, Supra slammers (last exercise that gave me gains), slow squash jelqs ( which felt like they could work awesome but they did not), horses, Uli’s, manual clamping, jelqing as described in my thread idea on jelqing (can be intense!) . Oh yes and I tried pumping but had to stop due to discomfort.

Basically I’m convinced I need to do length work at this point, and sort my EQ.

That’s exactly how I do my clamping. Again I get decent expansion (0.2 up to 0.3 “) , I just noticed width stayed the same, and tried to figure out what it could mean . I’ve not tried double clamping as my dear friend Kick does.

This is almost exactly how I do my clamping as well. It is all about getting the method right. As you said if you start off too tight with the clamp, which most guys do, they will just lose their erection. Don’t ask me the science behind it, but you need to work up to the tightest you want to clamp gradually. Start off low until you are at maximum expansion a good bit into your edging session. :)
