Has anyone gained using the O-BEND?

I’ve been doing the bends for 4-6 weeks and been PEing for about 8 weeks before that.

0.4” are in EG measured after 3 days without peing. The gains really started just after introducing these bends to my routine. I started at 5.1” and now I am at 5.5” EG.

One set of obends contains a bend to the right and two downwards (3 stretches in all). Each bend is held for approx. 30 seconds. My set sounds kind of strange, I bend to the right in order to work against my curvature, the bends downwards are the most efficient from my point of view. I can hardly do 2-3 sets in a day because these bends are so damn intense. I mostly get red spots after the first one or two bends (these I do not get from ULI’s or jelqing). So in total, my girth work-out just takes about 20-25 minutes, these bends are fabulous and the jelqing in between those bends work great too.

This is the way I do them. I get erect and wait until erection subsides. When fully engorged (but not erect), I clamp at the base with one hand, then pull back my foreskin and then bend with my second hand. I thereby try to squeeze both hand a little together (like with Horse-squeezes) to add additional pressure to the bend. In between my obends, I do some dry jelqing before I start for a new bend.

I can feel a strong stretch in the inner penis and always have to be carefull, not to overdo it and cause pain (happened sometimes in the beginning). I always get stretch marks on my skin which I treat with a skin lotion containing Vitamin E (works well for me).

I tried doing them for about a month and only got a temporary increase, though I may have to try them as described above.

I am doing manual clamping 15 mins with morning wood for a week or so now and my SO is noticing that.

Well I tried them for about a week but was afraid of overdoing something because I always got stretch marks.

I think I will try them again in a few weeks (I made a 2 weeks PE-break.)

Is it better to do the o-bends while taking a shower? Maybe it won’t be such a stress for the skin?

Why do you think is the o-bend so effective? Because of tunica-stretch?

I’m doing the bends infront of my IR-light. I also get the stretch marks but they go away the next day when I put some skin lotion on.

I guess they work similarly to horse squeezes and other excercises. In an engorged state, I believe I can stretch my tunica girthwise more than if errect. I guess that’s the trick.

I guess heat makes skin more elastic - a shower should help.

I am starting to think that the gains I have seen are temporary. As long as I continue doing them I maintain my new girth, but a few days off and I lose some. I am hoping that after time, these gains will “cement”. We will see.

Try it with baby powder, this will allow the skin to move through you hands better.

Why do Orange bends, ulis, sadsak slinky, horses work better for girth? My guess is that it works like this:

According to wikipedia, the tunica consists of two parts - the outer tunica that is strong lengthwise but not as strong girthwise, and the the two inner tunicas, one for each CC, that are strong girthwise but not as strong lenghtwise. In all these excercises, you are not fully stretching your unit. When you are not engaging the outer tunica lengthwise, the pressure will be borne primarily by the inner tunicas alone, and only partly by the outer tunica, since it is weaker girthwise. Since more of the force is taken by the inner tunicas, they are stressed to a greater degree = more deformation.

Another way to describe my understanding this is that if the outer tunica is fully engaged, as in jelquing, the inner tunicas will be constricted inside the outer tunica; when the lenghtwise fibers are stressed, they will not be able to move sideways as easily as if they were lying loose side by side.

Yes, I did wet jelqing with al low erection level for about 15 minuts after that I did about 15 minuts O Bends. I Do this ussually in hot bad and shower. Heat is very important for this excercise, just like you have to warm your penis up good bye doing stretches 5 minuts.

I like this! You have made some good gains man. I contribute your big gains from the COMBO of both jelqing and o bends.

Oh, yes. Heat is ALWAYS important before doing any type of PE. I try to get a good 10 minute warm up in, always.

I think you are on to something. Are you saying there is more pressure on the inner tunicas? Therefore, causing expansion?

If you want, try doing the combo of O BENDS and Wet JELQs in your routine. I believe this works for most people.

Mine don’t last more than a few hours after the routine. I’m doing well with obends before ulis and clamping, will measure at the end of this month. Post workout girth is promosing though - up from around 5” to almost 5.75” :) :)

Anon, your post workout girth sounds incredible.
