I started this jelqing routine on the third of may, here is the list of days on so far :

So I only did about two weeks worth of these jelqs, I definitely need to keep going, work on EQ one way or an other, and be patient.

The jelqing was ok, a bit less efficient at the start since I had exercised a short while before, it still went purty well during most of the session.
I had edged a bit during the day, enjoyed a nice EQ (haven’t released in a few days), which I measured at my former best in length.

I did an arms work out too.

I have a bit too much fat and it has not taken off yet.

_ Today I ran , it was pretty intense for my poor lungs and legs.

_ I managed to get my 20 mn of jelqing done. I need to sleep earlier, get my daily schedule back on track.
The jelqing was split in two sets, and felt nice.

_ Today I edged a lot, liked what I saw quite a bit, but in the end went past ponr and later decided to release.
Not a bad decision since it had been 5-6 days since I last did.

No jelqing today.

I felt girthier while edging, not sure it was the best EQ or length though.

My EQ is poor, 0 morning woods either.

I’m annoyed to always slip a bit too often on the porn riddance, it can be fun once in a while and lately I haven’t watched it a lot at all. Yet sometimes I can also feed all my anxiety, fears , and lack of any kind of confidence with it, when I want to. Of course it’s only one of many factors. I watched it 2 days during the week, so let’s stay positive.

_ 2 x 2 hours of phallosan

I felt a bit of soreness in the tunica while wearing the phallosan and later when I jelqed, less than when I did my 45 mn of golf weights tunica stretches though.

_ 6h30 of phallosan (to the left). I experienced a slight burning effect at some point.
It really targets the tunica well, the skin is loose but the tunica is stretched.

_ 1 horse squeeze just for personal pleasure and then 20 mn of jelqing in a single set, I felt a bit of soreness towards the end of the set.
