Orange bends - collective experiment

Hello everyone. No one has experimented anything?


Dia 1/Day 1- 15 mayo/May 2013- 15 cm X 13 cm. Ahora/Now- 16cm X 13.7cm.

To short for me to tell yet. And I must take a couple days off becouse I have som crack on my foreskin that must heal before I can do any PE again.

For me Orange bends works best around 30% erection. I feel it is hard to do them at 10% and the results for me insted works better with a little higher erection.

Yes. For me too 30% looks better.

Well I havent noticed anything huge in difference. Maybe a harder dick but not big girth achievements. I dont do them all the time but yeah I will keep trying. I do feel my veins getting harder and my flaccid looks more big but thats it.

Hi, I’ve been doing PE for many years now, I started doing what I think are orange bends for over two years now. I am just shy of 8x6 right now (started about 6.5x5.25 can’t really remember now). This guy does them in a similar way.

Next, I switch to my right hand clamping the base and use my left hand to push the head to the right causing pressure on the left part of my base. I then adjust the clamp to two fingers (index and middle) and my thumb. I create pressure in four directions again, but the extra finger causes the pressure to be in a different place (slightly further from the base). I proceed to add the ring and pinky fingers each time pushing the head down, left, up and right for 10-20 seconds each direction. Afterward my entire penis feels a little sore, and I lightly jelq. I am able to do this twice a day, 4 days a week without trouble. When I began I took it a lot easier and even felt like I hurt myself slightly if I went too hard or too frequently.

This was my interpretation of orange bends. Hopefully you find it informative and if anything is unclear, I’ll try and help out.

Interesting, I think that you can call it orange bends.

As for gains, how much you’ve gained from this routine (during this 2 years)? This info could be helpful.

I’d have to refer to my older posts to have a more accurate estimate of what impact orange bends had. I did a poor job of recording my progress, but I know I’ve gained about two inches in length and about .75 inches in girth in the past 5 years or so. I hit plateau after roughly the first two years jelqing and clamping. After this plateau I added orange bends, which approximately doubled my previous gains. I estimate that I gained 1 inch in length and .4 inches in girth from my new routine that includes orange bends, and this was after hitting a plateau. I recommend orange bends for experienced PE men who have hit a plateau and know how far to push themselves without injuring themselves. Although I have never seriously injured myself, I should warn everyone that this technique feels like it has the potential to cause damage if done improperly.

I haven’t kept records in a long time, since I mostly PE for maintenance, but orange bends are a good tool for the advanced PEer, I feel.

Back when I first read about the technique I misunderstood the directions, and wasn’t squeezing blood out of the glans with the other hand, just bending. The pressure created that way was lower and required a higher erection level to get usable expansion. But without some force to distribute the pressure back down the shaft, I ended up with a substantial baseball bat effect. The bat had been there before from jelqing, slightly, but my half-assed orange bends brought it out full force. So if you’re trying to get a thicker upper shaft for some reason, do o-bends without gripping with the second hand. There’s probably a name for that, come to think of it.

At some point my brain ‘invented’ the proper o-bend by re-remembering the original posts about them. Big ‘duh’ moment. I would say, yes, the o-bend works if you do it right, with patience. It does require experimentation. I’ve been doing it properly as a mainstay of my routine for a few months now, and I’d say it’s as complex as jelqing. I’m not really sure how to justify that, though, because I’m still trying to figure out what the actual mechanism is, I.e., can it pinpoint certain areas, how long should I do it, etc. My ‘common sense’ theory is it works to expand whatever is the least girthy/conditioned part of the area it’s applied to, but that’s only based on seeing it gradually even out the previously mentioned baseball bat.

I have an idea to try. I want to do a set of supra slammers followed by these. What I plan on doing is one slammer set getting big expansion and fresh blood in shaft/head. Letting that erection subside to 10% and then doing these bends. Im thinking the combination will greatly affect expansion on the orange bends. To me it sounds like it should pump the hell outta your junk and get great for gains all around. Thoughts?

Are bends really that beneficial? Wouldn’t raw expansion (from squeezing/clamping the base, which is done in both) without bends have most of the effectiveness of these exercises?

The part that you bend while applying pressure stretches and expands much more then clamping the base only.
I mean you can feel it doing it. The pressure is then focused on where the bend is.

Bends just scare the hell outta me. It seems like you could injure yourself very easily. I’ll stick to anything else.
