Hornyness way up EQ way down since I stopped jelqing and have slowed the balloon edging.

measure day- this is post 2 hrs of hanging in the PF with 2.5lbs: (this is my straight down angle) straight out is a fulcrum hang with 2.5 lbs- light right and up are the resistance- the colors which came off mine still remain pretty accurate I have about 5.5lbs of weight and that takes it all the way to the end- so perhaps it stretched some which could account for why I do not feel the same tension… but here is the measure: no change after 7 days of exercise.

I will go with 7.25 heavy - which is what I think I took last time but this time seated was slightly longer…I did not mention this in past but I did switch my measure technique from my first measure. I began with a standing measure but hard to duplicate after each month because foot placement, head angle, etc etc etc all changed the measure then fat pad could influence too whether you suck your stomach or not- perhaps you are more bloated or place the stick higher or lower on your stomach which could influence. the skin stretches at the base when I do stretch my flacid so I can go right from the base has to be slightly above- I do not press the wood into my skin- I let it touch and that is it….well how far above each time and then yadayadadyadya its complicated for someone who knows how to measure something. I worked construction and a proper measure is vital… so now I just take my seated which I do on the same seat, the same way and gives me the best result without having to second guess it.

300/87/33- moving to 3lbs from 2.5 for the down and out stretches in PF. planning to go up to about 5.5 lbs. which should take me to right around 750 hrs if I can keep 10 hrs average per day… roughtly 40 days so 400 hours. So far I feel like I have seen just under 1/4 inch improvement in length from my first 300 hrs- I am curious what the next 3-400 hrs will be like with the downward and fulcrum stretch now added.

I like the down and out stretches with the weight much better than just doing left and right alone.

I think it is a mistake to rely on the tension measurements on the PF. Because I think the tension gets lost over time- I believe most people do not see the full benefit of the device because of this.

actually I know for a fact the tension is out of wack- 3lbs is reading like 5.5 lbs- glad I figured that out. I could sense there being something wrong for the past 30-40hrs. If I wasnt so on top of it I would have missed this and probably missed out on gains but more importantly wasted time mentally and physically.

Wow going from hanging 2.5 to 3lbs in the PF really makes a difference.

I was SO sore by the 8th hour which was a fulcrum stretch for my out position.

I have been reading Monty- he has some interesting theories which I believe hold some merrit to them. They also coincide with the way i am thinking and feeling about my experience with the ADS; PF.

More proof that long periods of hanging may be beneficial? (p. 12)

The one I am subscribing to is that an ADS should only supplement hanging. The rest of his theories may be correct but only time will tell.

I also like the idea of increasing direction and fulcrum for stretching rather than weight. find the weight that induces growth and ride that for as long as possible.

added a secondary fulcrum by attaching weight to the center of the penis while stretching left and right- its amazing.

For weight I just filled socks with 1 lbs each of loose change- measured to 1lbs.

I simply added 1 lbs to the center of my streched penis.

1 week fsl measure remains 7.25 heavy in seated & 7.25 light standing. I peaked at EL which is just shy of 7” but EQ was only 8- still will not say 7” tho until I hit the measure- which remains my short term goal-

weight goes to 3lbs this week but I have been adding .5lbs per 20 minutes recent days trying to “ride exhaustion” or whatever to gains….I like it - the extra soreness is there for sure. just trying to find what works- I am keeping track of left right up and out on a spreadsheet hoping for some conclusive info on what works best for me-

took some days off after 7 days straight- chafing is still an issue although it looks better- I am still itching- it sucks- have been doing manuals nothing crazy just to keep it stretched- EQ is way down. almost feel not honry yet want to have sex- I do masturbate so it is just an EQ thing but it has never been this low. actually felt like I was shrinking 2 days ago when i began my break as I was kind of feeling depressed…. however i think I am onto some gains- Woke up this morning did some manuals and I was like it feels long today vs 2 days ago feeling small—- which btw was a day when I had really pushed the weight and time to more than ever before… I decided that there is 0 way I am giving up until I make 8 NBPEL- this is when I remembered I named my penis; Animal. Name your penis and become friends with it…. it was at this moment I realized I may need to ride closer to my limit to produce gains and I am actually ready for it in terms of conditioning.. I am a punk with pain so maybe I have not been pushing hard enough so that is when I decided to push a little harder- not too far cause I have a long way to go but def farther than ever before which is why I was kind of depressed I felt smaller so any way… so naturally when i feel longer this am I want to do a meausre…3 days off and it was the exact opposite- I will not make it official cause I was laying and not in my seated position but a full 2mm longer than 7.25 but it was a very clean measure and obvious size improvement if it holds for my next measure after 7 workouts.

One thing about me is that I am very inflexible- very stiff- naturally that way- this is why I think it is hard for me to obtain length.

Not drawing conclusions yet because I can tell my penis is still evolving- maybe the jelqing with the ads is the reason I wasnt adding length. I do have a tendancy to gain muscle easily - maybe jelqing makes me super tense in that area and now that I am not jelqing- animal is cooperating.

I will continue to not jelq for another 6 weeks or so and will continue to add yoga to improve overall body flexibility.

output has been down- it has been 1 week since my measure but I barely worked out. I am in process of putting hours in to hanging and fulcrums today- will measure mid workout but will not keep it as a weekly measure more of an experiment to see if a stretching is occurring and going to go up weight throughout this process to see if any particular weight or time produces gains. just a little experiment. let you know how it goes. I did go back to my seated position to take a measure from my last post which had gains and in my seated position that I feel is easily replicated there was no change from my longest.
