it does not prevent entirely.. sometimes you will turtle even with it on during a regular athletic workout…. but is a HUGE help plus a great bulge.

learning curve has slowed me down a bit… starting to get the hang of it…

wrapping is the toughest yet most important part of the process…

advice your first hand needs to do 3 things- to hold the head to keep the blood out - hold the wrap in place - stretch the penis out lateral

the other hand pulls the skin back and wraps the wrap around the penis.

The first wrap around at the top near the head feels better when you go 2-3 times.

still cuts the blood off a lot and turn the penis very cold…. but I am getting my weight up now. Hope 2-3 weeks and I can really have this down.

I have been using the PF when I can before and after with lower weight.

no new measure—- doubtful of gains to be honest. Have not been able to get any real work done since I am on this learning curve with the bib hanger.

here is an excerpt from a post:

You have a stretching hand, left or right, and a wrapping hand, left or right.

Stretch out the penis, grasping the head and pulling straight out. Then smooth the skin back toward the base. While still stretched out, start your wrap, pinning the leading edge of the wrap between your stretching fingers (middle finger and ring finger), and your shaft. Start 1.25 inches from the coronal ridge.

Make your first pass of wrap around, and then a second about an eighth inch down from the first. Many guys like a third close pass at the top. Then grasp those first passes of wrap and the shaft firmly with your wrapping hand, at the top of the passes, and transfer your stretching grip from the head, to those first passes of wrap, and continue the stretch.

Then grasp the loose skin, and tug it back toward the base, all around the shaft. This should pull out any wrinkled skin under those first passes of wrap.

While still stretching out the shaft, make another pass, perhaps a quarter to a half inch down from the original passes. Transfer your stretching grip to the top of the new pass of wrap, holding the wrap and shaft in tandem. Then again tug the skin back toward the base. Continue making passes and tugging the skin back toward the base. When you finish, the skin under the wrap should be wrinkle free.

As far as blood pressure in the head and upper shaft: When you first attach the hanger, before tightening much, if at all, you need to push it all the way to the head, and allow the excess blood to move past the wrap. If it cannot, then either your wrap is too tight, you tightened the hanger too much before pushing forward, or a combination. After pushing forward, hold it there a minute, until all the excess blood is removed. Then use your left thumb to reestablish the gap between head and hanger, as you go through the tightening process.

From the time you remove the excess blood, until the set is over, you need some forward pressure, to keep the blood from returning

still having trouble with this

been a while.. took two weeks off- slight injury …. def feel like I lost… but as much as I feel that way… and as hard as it feels to re start- I am back at it!!!!

getting the hang of the bib. starting to feel more comfortable… think I will break hangs up in 2/3 10 minute sessions instead of 1 15 minute. at 12 minutes it starts to turn cold no matter how I play with it and that does not feel like a positive.

quick update- one other reason for my break- besides the skin breaking on my penis from the wrap causing my “injury”… was i was waiting for my new coil and stealth to arrive… just tried the coils & stealth… love it!

my foreskin is growing back… soon I will look uncircumcised again… Id say within 3 years if this keeps up.. makes everything harder. I also notice my flaccid being skinnier and wondering why… any guidance would be great. thanks

actually did not lose- pretty excited… may have gained a mm.

I can actually say I am pleased with my bib hanger- its a whole new level of stretching that a modified vac stretcher just does not offer.

the stretch is amazing excellent

I finally get this statement

get a little chub first as a warm up or something… just a little chubby instead of skinny or whatever…

if you insert the penis carefully you can clamp the penis in a way that allows the bottom vein to push down and away from pressure and not getting squished in the very center… same to a lesser to extent happens to top vein… try it… getting 15 minutes and no freezing!!

also the wrapping makes a big difference. wrapping on the tighter side… not tight - just tighter side…. so to speak.

Hello everyone- I took somewhat of a deacon

I think I was over doing it and my penis was not happy plus I got busy with work. I probably went on for 1 extra week after my last post and have been back at it for about 1 week.

I did maintain some manual stretching in the shower and such.

much to my surprise I have not lost and my seated FSL is north of 7.5”

Standing is just shy of 7.5” maybe 7.25 heavy to be safe

I am starting with the bib hanger very light (started this week at 4lbs and have incrementally moved up)
I have found that getting the bib closer to the head has been much better.
I have been using my stealth innerware with cock coil as an “ADS” in the mornings with one or two hangs…
than hanging for hr(s) in the evening and following with the stealth innerware to sleep
THEORY IS THAT IF HANGING PRIOR TO SLEEP AND KEEPING EXTENDED PENIS WILL LOOK TO HEAL EXTENDED DURING SLEEP
in the morning my goal is to break any healing - keep mental and physical stress down (yoga)….and prepare for evening lengthening.

so far I am very pleased with this approach.

I have increased the length of my bib wrap and its a life changer.

Previously, I was only making 4/5 rotations around with the theraband. I have now increased that to 7/8 even 9 and its worked so far with lower weight (8lbs). I have had to adjust the hinges wider which may also be adding to comfort.

I have not been getting in the time I want to recently due to discomfort- I cant seem to get up to the 10 hrs a week at heavier weight - but I think this new technique will help me get there. I also take it as a sign to slow down a bit. I am here to achieve my goals not to see how much weight I can hang…

finding the best way to achieve my goals…

I feel like the next 1/2 inch of FSL will come pretty easy… just need to get past this comfort issue and dedicate the time.

been a while since I jelqed-

scared to create any additional irritations… already having hard enough time hanging with BIB… also even in an ADS was hard to add Jelqing- any advice on this issue would be appreciated….

I have now begun wrapping the edge of my glans that attaches to the shaft under the first three wraps and it has helped along with wrapping like 15x around with the theraband… I am now moving up weight with a great deal of comfort… AMPED wont be long …. (check that punn out haha) … before my goals are reached now- hope to add another 1/4-1/2 inch in FSL by June 30th for some reason I just feel like I can do it- anyone else understand what I am talking about? a more rubbery sensation in your hand…. a more dull feeling when hanging and like actual stretching is happening vs pulling on a steal cable?

damn wrap caused a small blister that I am waiting to heal… note to self: don’t hang for more than 20 minutes in one hang… in the mean time manuals. ( I can probably hang its only a small blister… 3/4 days is not that big of a deal…
