I have been really liking this new warm up technique the only thing I have added back in is my ginger tea with tribulus ginko and cinnamon.

what I am currently doing:

AM
baloon edging plus heat warm up

manual stretch left, right, left down, right down, straight up, straight out - each direction for 100 quick keggals in time

than I do 10 long hold keggals & reverse in the same directions as my quick keggals
after I hang once for sure but do 3 - 4sets during the day:
hang 10-12 lbs for 3-4 sets of 15 minutes with heat pad mostly…
I also…edge for 2 minutes in between and or prior to the night stretch
than I
night stretch same as AM stretch.

I also do manuals throughout the day as much as possible.

feels like a really good workout regimen.

base girth looks like its improving … the pliability of my penis also seems to be improving…

lastly I continue to improve my overall physical health and flexibility.

Cant wait to shift to girth— I can tell I will get good gains just from EQ improve

Did a measure today.. pre-workout and looks like I am gaining a little… I measured out passed my longest mark by about 1/8 of an inch while seated. I can feel the difference.

Noticed I am chafing and also got a slight rash in my groin…. wondering those are signs of growth…

The keggal and Edging warm up has really helped- I like this exercise a lot. My PIs are way up! AM wood like no other recently. Its great.

Not much has changed just wanted to share additional evidence of success:

Before I began PE I used a regular condom and it did not roll out all the way when I put it on… there was a good amount of condom and I alway needed to roll it all the way out to tie it shut…( I have big hands (and feet))

Now I still use the regular condoms ( not at magnum (yet)) but NOW they roll all the way down!!! It does not even get all the way to the base any more!! very close but not all the way there and there is no more condom.. its been that way with 3 different regular condoms even the box of condoms Ive had sitting for a year that didnt roll all the way out now do….

Cant remember who said it on this site but they said… the eyes can deceive you, the tape can play tricks but when condoms dont fit …. you know your bigger!!!

quick update… pulled my groin playing sports… id say stage 2 near 3 pull.

interesting when I first pulled the groin i wanted to see if everything was sort of connected down there… everything kind of hurt really bad so it was all sensative… i stretched my unit and the sharpest pain went down my groin area… it essentially flared up the pain. so the answer… this is evidence to me that everything is connected down there and I do believe overall area flexibility will be beneficial to my gains.

Another thing happened to me. During the day I pulled my groin … interesting… My leg was put in a situation where pretty much everyone there thought for sure I tore my ACL. ….I have really strong ligs which is why this length is taking so damn long… if in fact you can stretch ligs as they say—— who knows but may explain why its taking so damn long to stretch this bad boy outttt haha also thinking of getting a hanger soon. getting tired of hanging with the PF. plus cant get above like 12/13 lbs for longer than 10 minutes… excited to work up to 15, 18 lbs… I am so close to my goal… one last push over 6-12 months and I may achieve….

Getting some innerwear from stealth… had one before.. getting an new one… old one was an e30 now a g32 BOOOYAHHHHHH that feels good also got a bib hanger super stoked for the next push…

2017 is the year I will make 8 inches.. worst case by 2018. I will do this by:

better warm ups

heavier hanging weight

better post workout!

I have crazy turtling after the gym. I usually put in my PE session right after that so I’m not in that state for too long. I can’t stand the feeling of my unit turtling.

I also have the worst turtling after the gym. I always figured it was because the body goes into some sort of alert mode from heavy lifting, prioritizing circulation to whole other areas. It was worse before I started PE though, but I don’t really care regardless.

I never tried PE in that state though but since it feels kinda tight and bundled up I doubt it would be very good for me either. I do gently pull on it just to reduce the turtling though, which works okay since I started PE.

agree… i find innerwear to help… same with hydration- drink water.
