Ok what sort of injury are you talking about? I only kegel to try and keep blood in the penis while I change hand jelqing.. Is the loss of the grip between each stoke good or bad ? (Wet jelqing).
I’m sorry but I can’t see how kegeling (at a time your not jelqing) can be a injury risk.? I can understand that kegeling between strokes could be one though.. Although on the video for wet jelqs on this forum, it does say that kegeling between strokes can help..

I occasionally have a 2 day rest, not because of injury but because its the weekend and I don’t always find the time! Is this a bad thing? Otherwise its 2 days jelqing 1day rest, then 1 day jelqing and 1 day rest.. Still haven’t gained a millimeter. I’m wondering about EQ and hardness and frequency of erection may have decreased but that’s so hard to measure as psychological factors are always there.

You talking about jelqs or kegels? I am at 110 jelqs per session, and I am wondering whether to stick to that, or increase the number. Still no gains . Wondering if I am not aplying the correct amount of pressure or something.

Excessive kegeling can and will cramp your pelvic muscles.

Results? Erection issues, cause the muscles will be very sore to sustain a full erection weight for a long time, retracted flaccid and in some cases ejaculation when erect without feeling that you are about to come.

So, moderate kegels.

I don’t do kegel exercises throughout the day, I just mean occasionally holding a kegel just before I re grip my jelq at the base. That way I have more blood in the penis before stroking the jelq.. Do you call that excessive? I’ve read about kegel routines like 50 to 100kegels in a row (not while jelqing but at sometime of the day)

Kegeling seem to have different responses to different people.

I never did more than 50 kegels tops and not in every session.

Cause when at first was doing about 100 every day, my EQ was bad. Too tiring.

Kegels primarily is a women exercise who just happens to help men in moderation.

Kegels are not push ups. Let’s not forget that.

I won’t say any number. Just do as many as you can while you maintain high EQ and a nic flaccid hang. If you don’t have those two, then you are doing too much.

That’s a point! Kegel exercises are done flaccid, but when jelqing we are not at all flaccid.. Its funny I never thought of that difference.. Probably because I often kegel while erect, whilst having sex or masturbating, to harden my erections.. Unless I’m bone hard already.I’m talking one kegel contraction every now and then, just to try and feel if I have a full erection or not.. If I am bone hard my glans can feel somewhat hard to the touch, so sometimes I test my erection hardness by feeling my glans, and when I do a kegel contraction, I feel the glans hardening.
I am now wondering if its the same for most guys? :)

Back to the question which I think was “is kegeling while erect dangerous?” I can’t see how it can be because we contract that muscle when we ejaculate (I think) and as I mentioned before, throughout sex

I wouldn’t mind also going back to a question of mine that hasn’t yet been answered .. I am at 110 jelqs per session ( 2 days on 1 day off, and most weekends off) and have been using the linear routine, (which by the way I think has helped a lot to not injure myself as its so gradual) for a month and a half now, no gains at all. Should I keep adding on jelqs? Or should I stick at 110 and wait?
Hypothetically, If I am a no gainer, then I could eventually get to thousands of jelqs without gaining and probably ruin my penis

I wouldn’t say erect kgeling is dangerous, it’s just more intense, which is something to take into consideration regarding to the reps you are performing.

Penis gets used to higher and higher amount of force (until maybe cracks) and so the amount of force required to make growth increases also.
It is a little bit like in combat flying (just playing games), altitude is speed and when you burst it, it is slowly to gain back to make some speed. In PE being a newbie is altitude and when you burst it, it is hard to get back.

In Linear routine you take everything you can from every drop in altitude so, that you have got most of it (gains) when you are near ground.
The answer to your question depends on , that how much you have burst your altitude. OK, back to PE words.
So depending about situation, either you can just continue your routine or take a little brake or a lighter period of PE to gain altitude.

Thanks! I gave quite a bit of that a read.. You were saying that toughening up of the tissues is possible.. I’ve been on the linear routine for one and a half months, 2 days on 1 day rest and occasionally a 2 day rest because of a weekend. Started at only 5 jelqs, next session 10, next 15 etc. I am at 110 jelqs today and I was wondering whether to stick to that or increase amount? I have no gains at all yet. ( I did remeasure earlier today and I seemed a couple of millimetres longer but I must admit I had a pretty rock hard boner today ) It seemed like it could be gains, but I preferred to ignore it and see what my next measurement will say.

Either I keep adding 10 jelqs per session, or I keep at 110. And wait for gains. But as you said, if I keep doing the exact same amount, the penis will toughen maybe?

For what it’s worth I’ve been doing PE for two weeks and started doing stretches the other day without any problems.. The OP of this threads implies that it’s okay after a week or two.

Normally I would say keep increasing the jelqs, but in your case I’m going to say get on with stretching. Stretching and jelqing work well together - they are synergistic. You should definitely be stretching. (In the Basics thread I link to a post I made on how to stretch correctly to avoid toughening and get maximum results, or you can use the advanced search and look for ‘firegoat length gains’).

After you get up to maybe 10 minutes of stretching, start increasing your jelqs again (if you start gaining at a certain amount of PE though, don’t change anything until the gains slow or stop, then increase amount of PE again slowly).

If you are wet jelqing, then do all your stretching first. It’s difficult to stretch a slippery penis! If you start dry jelqing at some point, do sets of 50 jelqs after every X amount of stretching.

So I have a question for everyone whos done this and seen gains.

Do you think keeping you cock in a somewhat extended state after jelqing session will help with gains?

Also,

How long did you follow this routine or similar before you saw gains?

Which way did you jelq, (overhand/underhand and what direction?)

Dry or wet?

What was your routine schedule? (Every other day on?)

Lastly, how much did you gain from this or a similar technique/routine (and if it differed how?)
