Linear Newbie Routine

I found this thread on another one, which linked to the very first post. Have there been changes to the routine from the first post or is that still the “go to” linear routine?


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Lots of guys modify it a bit if it feels a bit too little or a bit too much to start with, or if they have done PE before and are coming back to it, but basically as laid out in the first post it’s the ‘go to’ Linear routine.

Hello I’m finishing newbie routine (46 days), got last session. I wonder how to approach my new plan, my best bet would be to give myself 5 days free of PE and start once again with newbie routine but with longer streching exercises and maybe additional girth exercise, as far as jelqings are concrned I do not plan to go over 300 3 second jelqs.

So far I’ve been doing as follows:

Went from 1-minute streching to 3 minute streching
Went from 100 wet jelqs to 300 wet jelqs
Always did the warmup before and after as most of my sessions took place in bath.

*I’m happy with the gains I’ve got already. I believe there is still plenty room for gains without sophisticated exercises. What are your thoughts guys?

Thorough this workout I gained mainly length and some girth at the base but not on midshaft, which makes me wonder If it wouldn’t be a good idea to add some girth exercise? I’ve tried ballooning this morning, during the process I could definitely see the efffects of it so I’m positive about it. Considering your experience, would you add morning 30-minute ballooning session?

What I found out is that the morning ballooning makes my D very sensitive in the later hours up to the evening. I was having hard times completing my routine today, which happened to me for the first time. This resolves my question, I will go with ballooning on OFF days.

In my opinion pick one or two on days to do it.

Thank you, I’ll leave out the rotors then. Today, upon waking up I realized my EL is still growing and I can tell it without doing any measurements. Therefore I decided to stay with the plan for the next 10 PE days then think about switching the routine to girth focused one. Cheers!

Never switch any routine that works until you are 100% sure that it has stopped working.

Hi all!

On the 9th September 2015 I started with a routine of 5 days every week of:
- 5min Warm Up on the shower
- 6min stretching
- 6min dry jelqing with hot water from the shower
- 2-4min warm down on the shower
- 6min of kegeling later on the day

On the 15th of October 2015 updated to:
- 5min Warm Up on the shower
- 7min stretching
- 7min dry jelqing with hot water from the shower
- 2-4min warm down on the shower
- 6min of kegeling later on the day

On the 14th of November 2015 updated to:
- 5min Warm Up on the shower
- 8min stretching
- 8min dry jelqing with hot water from the shower
- 2-4min warm down on the shower
- 6min of kegeling later on the day

Seeing no results at all I stopped on the 25th of November.
On some occasions my erection quality seemed to massively improve, on others no increase in EQ or even decrease in EQ.

I will restart tomorrow, following exactly the linear routine, 4 days a week of
- 5min Warm Up in the shower
- 2min of Jelqing
- 5min of Warm Down
- 2min of Kegeling later in the day.

I will post updates here.
