Why take a break after 46 days? You stopped gaining? Or is this general practise? I am at 49 days today, including the rest days…No gains…Should I take a break?
And I’m sorry I dont understand your list…when you say 3 sessions of 100 jelqs, do you mean 3 sessions in the day of 100 jelqs? thats 300jelqs…or do you split the sessions into 33 jelqs each? sorry I am confused.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Im folllowing a routine similar to this, noticed my flaccid after session shrunk pretty significant by the time i cleaned up right after, am i jelqing to errect or could it just be w fluke random occurance?

Shrinking is good if it lasts only a couple of hours after the session.

More than 2 hours max shrinkage means you are doing too much.

You should definitely be stretching. Hi firegoat, I am up to 10 minutes stretching now, so I’ve increased to 160 jelqs at this day.
My routine is as follows:

10 minutes warmup with a hot water soaked towel
2minutes 30 seconds downward stretch
2minutes 30 seconds upwards
2minutes 30 seconds to the right
2minutes 30 seconds to the left
makes a total of 10 minutes stretch
5 minutes warmup again
160 wet jelqs at this day
short warm down with a few firegoat rolls like 30 seconds.

I have a few questions….
1. Stretching force. I am pulling with quite a good pull. Any more and my grip would probably slip. Should I have gradually increased the force of pull? I have been gradually increasing the amount of time stretching, but not really the force used…Must get some talcom powder because grip is hard to acheive, specially since I have quite a small glans. For somme reason I feel that stretching after the jelqing would be good. I just have that feeling. After the jelqing session the penis seems more full, so maybe easier gains with stretching? ( only the upwards stratch then, to stratch the tunica )
2. I find that to get a satisfying feeling of effectiveness, or to get blood under suffisient pressure in the glans and penis, I have to jelq when neally erect. say 80 to 90%. Is this too much? Anyone feel the same?
3. Now Ive got up to 10 minutes jelqing, I am now increasing jelqs. Is this right firegoat? When should I stop?!?! I am currently at 160 jelqs. I plan on adding 10 every session. No sure gains yet.

I am wondering about the effectiveness of my routine…here is a photo of my routine. The lines are weeks. Colums are days of the week. In every square (day) I have written my session, for example, R means rest day, 50J means 50 jelqs, and 10 min ST + 150 J means 10 minutes stretching and 150 jelqs…I hope its clear enough?

A few exceptions for example the dirst day, 8 WJ means 8 wet jelqs, and when theres just a number ( without ST or J ) it means Wet jelq. DJ means dry jelq, OH means over hand jelq ( ok grip palm down ) 2 minutes stretch means 2 minutes each of the four directions….When I got to 2.5 minutes each direction, I just wrote 10 minutes stretch, but that means in total ( all 4 directions ).

Sorry if its confusing!

As you can see, at first I took quite a lot of 3 and 2 day breaks….I try and keep them to one now. 2 or 3 days on, 1 day off.

please! anyone have any advice? My main question here is….How to I change my routine in order to start gaining, and should I change it yet? I havent seen gains yet.

I keep hearing this: Dont change anything unless gains stop….OK but what if gains havent started? At what point do you decide that the routine needs tweaking? Should I continue my routine, adding 10 jelqs everytime, or change the routine quite alot?

I dont want my unit to be getting used to the treatement, nor do I want to go too far and injure myself.

Rather than counting the number of jelqs and increasing it rapidly, work on each stroke making sure it’s maximally effective and increase strokes as needed.

Your rest days are inconsistent. I’m not sure I have sufficient proof for this point but PE seems cumulative between rest days, so you work to the point where each day in a series feels like it’s working you slightly harder and then you rest. We often talk about decreasing rest days or having more on days in a row to increase the work on the penis. If your rest days are inconsistent, then you will find this difficult to gauge and even if you do the same work on your on days, it will have a different effect.

So my tips would be work on technique rather than adding more and be incredibly consistent, so that you know when you need to change.

Thank you, I will follow your advice…I do find it hard to be consistent because of not having much time, I have lots of work…also hiding PE from my girlfriend…but I will manage….I have to
