Linear Newbie Routine

Hey all, just joined the forum and am thinking of giving this a shot. Not sure exactly how just yet, as I’m’ in my 40’s, married with kids so time isn’t on my side and I can’t imagine my wife being overly supportive of this. Main goal is to improve EQ and add some length, will take some measurements once I get a proper tape. Am somewhere in the 6-6.5” BPEL, but am relatively curved so tough to know how to measure. Would love to get another 1 to 1.5” in length, but again, right now I’m’ more concerned about my EQ. Thinking of getting off porn for a while as well, as it seems to be the only thing giving me a rock hard erection, and even that has been failing of late.

One thing that I’m a bit confused about is that I’m uncircumcised, and I can’t figure out how the jelq’s or stretches work in that regard?

Uncircumcised Jelqing.

To stretch, pull back the skin and grip about an inch away from the glans.

Alot of people (including me) saw EQ improve alot on PE.

Many people report increased EQ after quitting porn. There are quite a few posts to attest to this. So I advise it highly, even if you are just giving it up for a while.

If you are interested in EQ, here is somethig you can do while in the shower. 10 minutes max.

Dry jeqing only. No soap or anything. Warm up with the hot water and do 30 jelqs. At least 3 times a week, no more than 5 times a week. You decide. Don’t overdo it. Increase every week by 20 until you reach 150.

Stop completely for a week after that.

Then start again with 50 jelqs and increase by 20 until you reach 170 etc.

It is no more than 10-15 minutes a session, nobody will know and you will have top EQ and a good chance of some real gains.

Thanks, will try that. “Dry jelqing” in the shower.. Sounds more like Wet jelqing .though I see that wet implies lube, not water! Will have to see if I can even get an erection first thing in the morning in the shower without any stimulation .. Which is a challenge these days unfortunately.

You don’t need an erection. Just jelq. You will get a semi in the first 10 storkes even if you start completely flaccid.

After all jelqing shouldn’t be done with an erection more than 80% max. Anywhere from 20%-70% erection is ideal. 20% to maybe 50% favors more length. 50%-80% favors more girth. EQ will get better in both cases guaranteed..

I have now reached over a week rest….not quite sure whether to start routine again yet…should I start my routine and decide depending on the feel at that point? Or decide first without trying?
And do I go back to 10jelqs as I started out, or directly to 160? Or somewhere in the middle? ( I started at 10 jelqs, increased them 10 or per session and finished 3 months later at 160jelqs )
and stretching, should I wait a while to start stretching again?

Start by doing 50% of what you were doing before the break.

Go for a trial and see if you need more rest. Usually I can tell in the first 2 sessions if I am good to go or I need a longer break.

OK, 5minutes stretching then, and 80 jelqs…. then steadly go up to 160 jelqs again and 10 minute stretching for say 4 or 6 weeks, then another 1 or 2 weeks rest? should I go over 160 this time? I expect I should increase the amount steadily as I did the first time round? ( adding 10 jelqs every session )

By the way, when you mention “warm up with the hot water”, then dry jelq, assume you simply mean let warm water shower over my penis for ~5 minutes or so and then jelq without the water hitting it (off to the side or whatever), and once done shower warm water again over the penis for 5 minutes?

BTW I just did my first session after a 2 week break. I didnt stretch at all. Just 80 wet jelqs, which is half of 160.
