Skin at the base

Hmm guys I started the routine yesterday and I noticed that when I do dry jelqs I stretch the skin in the base of the penis and because naturally I have so much skin( like 1-2 cm of my bottom penis is covered with skin(I dunno if its called shaft but I have a little hair there) so my main concern is to not increase this area with just skin but to increase length also I have to say that if this area is warmed up it drops my balls way down which is not bad at all but as I said I can’t see my penis there because its covered with skin.. I’m trying to describe it with my poor english as much as I can..

So can you tell me what to do to avoid this when I jelq or to change something I don’t know tell me your thoughts plsss!

Depending on how loose/mobile the skin is, when you do dry jelqs try gripping lightly a couple of centimetres up your shaft, pushing your gripping hand down as low as you can toward you body (like you are pulling your foreskin back), then tightening your grip and doing your dry jelq. You are still doing the dry jelq from the bottom of your shaft, but your initial grip starts a bit up your shaft.

You have to start the stroke 2-5 centimeters from the base. a) Grip the penis with just as much force to put the skin toward the base; b) when your hand is on your pubic bone, tighten the grip and start milking. Probably you’ll have to stop before going much far than 3/4 of the shaft, but don’t worry the exercise is effective even in this case.

Ok then I hope I understand it, I push foreskin back to my body and I make a tight grip there with one hand should I maintain the grip there so my foreskin don’t move and stroke with the other hand only? Or should I stroke normally with both hands but I’m anxious about my shaft climbing more on my penis:(

Your skin has to move with your hand. You have to use your skin as a lubricant.

Ok ill give a try I hope my shaft don’t go any higher to my penis and about erection lvls I have a 15 cm dick so I should work at 7-9 cm but this can be my flaccid size so I should have an erection and then wait to subside at 7-9 cm or something? Am I correct?

If 0% = no erection and 100% = full erection, do your jelqing between 40% and 80% erection. 60% is good, so if it goes above 80% let it drop down to 40%.

Injuries happen if you use high erection levels or grip too hard, so avoid doing that. Build up the numbers/time slowly and don’t get over-enthusiastic, and the risk of injuries is very low.

For the stretching can I add 10 seconds to each stretch every week. So week 3 would be 30 seconds in 5 directions, then week 4 40 seconds in 5 directions and so on?

Go by feel. Your hands will get tired, but they’ll get strong! I’d add sets not time, once you get past a minute or so. :)

Ok so I can add time up to a minute and then start adding sets? Up to 1 minute so once I reach week 6 I’ll be at 1 minute and after that I can start adding sets?

Yep. Make your first added sets 25-30 seconds each.
