Linear Newbie Routine

If you are sure you’ve gained nothing DudeDK, this routine may not be for you. Increase the jelqs.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Interesting routine. Seems like it’s worth a try.

I guess I’ll report back in a couple of weeks.

I guess I should just continue?

I follow this routine as well during the last 5 months with noticeable gains but I don’t do stretching at all.
Are you doing the jelqs upwards or downwards?
Try to improve your jelqs not their number. Make them slow and feel them. If you have curve make the movement of your hand to follow the curve.
Also, try to kegel while jelqing to fill your member with blood.

After 5 months I was in a state where I was doing 200 jelqs. I believe they are way too much, so I stopped to PE for September. Guess what? During my break I counted my first gains in girth. When September passes I’ll restart my routine with 100 good, slow jelqs per session.

I just started PE last week and am doing 250 jelqs a day with vaseline. Warm up is just 4 minutes of wrapping my penis around with a warm washcloth before I begin. After doing the jelqs for 15 minutes, I definitely feel something, but not any intense pain or discoloration like people are describing. Am I doing it wrong?

The reason I ask is because you recommend only 60 jelqs at the most for 2-3 weeks.

I just started PEing today with the regular newbie routine. I think I am going to use yours. My actual size is: BREL: 15cm, EG: 11cm

I am switching to yours tomorrow, I will let you know what my results are J123. Thank you for posting your routine though.

Starting this routine today. Will come back after 1 month.

Subscribes.

I shall definitely be monitoring the progress of members in this thread although I would say that the amount of jelqs is fairly low in my opinion.

That said I have recently started as a semi-newbie and have only been doing 300 jelqs with 10 slow squash jelqs per session.

So did you gain anything? I’ve only been doing this routine for 5 days and it’s my first one but I’ve seen increase in and have been having longer flaccid length the entire days.

Well after 12 days I’ve seen an increase in length by 0,5 cm. Not much but still a gain. No change in the girth but I have been slacking on the jelqing quite a bit.

Any updates.

I had to call off my PE while I went back to my parents, I am back at uni sometime next week so will remain consistent from then.

Hey there, complete newbie here and I’m going to start my program off with your version of the linear routine. It kind of reminds me of the bodybuilding community (which I’m a part of) where many veterans recommend Starting Strength for those beginning a bodybuilding routine. Props!

I’ve been away from PE for about 2 years now, and had lost all of my previous gains, only about a 1/4 of an inch. I just hit the 2 week mark of this routine, and have successfully gained back the 1/4” I had lost during my absence. I’m guessing these gains came solely from increased EQ since I have had nothing but positive PIs since I started this routine. I’ll check in again in about 2 weeks for my 1 month measure to see if the gains continue. I have been doing a 2 on 1 off routine, following the routine laid out here exactly. Also taking about 2.5 g of L-Arginine daily for increased circulation.

BPEL - 5 5/8" --- Goal 6"

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

I feel that heating ur penis till it burns and is very stretchable, then doing a few jelqs till it’s cool, then heating it again till it burns will give me good gains. So I do maybe 10-20 jelqs before it’s cool. I think a quality over quantity approach is best. Like I can really grip it hard and really push some blood in there and I think that will give me better gains.

Who hear thinks really going for a great amount of pressure over jelqs is the proper way? I have tried going for great pressure and my dick will get rock hard when doing the jelq. Jelqing is the stretching of the tissue with blood right?

Thisisweird, it exercises the tissues as well as increasing the size of the vascular tissue to allow more blood flow into you.

I plan on starting this (J123’s) linear newbie routine sometime this week.

Is anyone starting right now also? I think it would be helpful and more motivating to start together, discuss, and provide moral support. PM me :)

Can those of you who have never done PE before and started with just this routine post their initial/final stats before and after they did it as well as any injuries/side effects?

Me (and hopefully my workout buddies) will keep you posted on our stats.
