I’m doing a version of this.
I’m about two-three months into PEing again.
I’m currently doing two sets of 45 second stretches up, down, left, and right. Then for jelqing I started out really low, like 15 or 25, and added 5 per session. I’m currently at 115 today. I do all this in the shower. I do something like 2 on/1 off, 3/1, 3/2 or whatever I’m feeling really. For example, I knew I had a nice little (long) romp with a lady friend Saturday night, so I took off Saturday and ended up taking Sunday off as well because I wanted to give it a rest. I’m going by this whole however it feels mentality and just listen to my body.
Took a pic and measured on the 10th (I swear the measurement is off but the tape doesn’t lie. Maybe it was my erection quality. I looked different this morning than what I’m looking at in the pic. Who knows)
BPEL: 5.625” (it pushes 6 somedays, I swear)
Current goals: 7” length, outgrow a dollar bill in girth. I’m more about how it look and feels as opposed to any real concrete measurements.
