Linear Newbie Routine

I’m doing a version of this.

I’m about two-three months into PEing again.

I’m currently doing two sets of 45 second stretches up, down, left, and right. Then for jelqing I started out really low, like 15 or 25, and added 5 per session. I’m currently at 115 today. I do all this in the shower. I do something like 2 on/1 off, 3/1, 3/2 or whatever I’m feeling really. For example, I knew I had a nice little (long) romp with a lady friend Saturday night, so I took off Saturday and ended up taking Sunday off as well because I wanted to give it a rest. I’m going by this whole however it feels mentality and just listen to my body.

Took a pic and measured on the 10th (I swear the measurement is off but the tape doesn’t lie. Maybe it was my erection quality. I looked different this morning than what I’m looking at in the pic. Who knows)

Current stats:
BPEL: 5.625” (it pushes 6 somedays, I swear)
EG: 4.5ish

Current goals: 7” length, outgrow a dollar bill in girth. I’m more about how it look and feels as opposed to any real concrete measurements.

Hello all! I’ve always knew that I was small and have always wanted a bigger penis. Really bothered me because it seemed to skip me in the family. So as I was searching I decided to see if there were any PE forums. I found this forum a couple of days ago and just this afternoon I began the linear routine. Big plans! Big hopes! I’ll post my beginning measurements next time. The journey begins!

Hello, I started this routine on the 11th of february with 10 jelqs 1 day on and 1 off. At the start I had improved EQ, I could get one or two erections throughout the day, but it all suddenly stopped.

I’m at 30 jelqs per workout now, and I’m considering switching to 2 days on and 1 off. I’m also doing 50 kegels every other day, and quit porn and masturbation a few days ago.

What could be wrong ? Should I keep increasing the number of jelqs and see what happens ? I’m very concerned about improved EQ as I feel it’s a good way to measure my progress.

So are you saying your EQ has gone down or stayed at a certain level?

Things vary. A few days of a certain reaction is probably not enough to judge whether something has changed. It’s possible that you increased too quickly but this routine does have a very slow start. It’s maybe worth recalibrating your expectations. Monitor closely but allow for some variance on a day to day basis and look at the general trend.

Before the routine I had bad EQ because I had no erections during the day. So I’m now back at my previous level.. I thought I would have constant improved EQ with the routine but it stopped really quickly.

I’m not sure that occurrences of random erections are indicative of much, other than being horny.

The question is are your erections, when you have them, of good quality.

So you’re implying that improved EQ is linked to testosterone or horniness ?

I’m talking about this by the way Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

I don’t think I understood what the author meant by easiness and frequency of erections. I thought you were supposed to have increased horniness. Anyway, they’re good quality (8/10), same level as when I wasn’t doing PE, but I have no morning or night wood.

I’ve been doing this routine for 3 months now and still no gains. I’m at 100 jelqs 1 day on 1 day off, with 1 stretch in all the directions. Should I keep doing this routine, change it ?

You should definitely change. You’ve tried the easy start and it’s done nothing.

Make sure that your jelqing technique is actually effective.
Add some easy and then harder squeezes.
Increase the intensity of your stretching routine.
Go to a more intense schedule.

I’m pretty sure my jelqing technique is effective, but I’ll try add more intensity by applying more force. I’ll switch to 2 days on 1 day off from now on, 2 stretches and 110 jelqs. I read that tunica is my limit so I don’t I can benefit from squeezes though.

It is just a maximum number to prevent over enthusiasm and to support safe continuous growth.
You are the one who decides, that do you add another stretch or not.

You can jelq just normally. The keep soft tissue soft means just, that you should aim keeping your penis like it is and not thickening the cells and ligs causing unknown problems and decreased growth from PE. Letting your penis to heal enough supports effectively this goal.

Kegels are fine and it is recommendable to do those.

To start this routine. However, I have some questions about edging or having lots of sex during a routine. Normally, I have sex between 5-10x a week sometimes more sometimes less. And on some days I go more than once. I would obviously not do a workout after sex, but what about before. Should I just do the workouts and see how my guy is doing?

Also, how about edging? Should I only edge on days off an limit the amount of edges.

Do whatever you like if it doesn’t affect your ability to get an erection for sex. It’s easy to over-think PE.

What amount should I use for them and is the routine in the beginning a good start or should I rather start with the main Newbie Routine?

I’m here mainly for a little length as well. I think both stretches and jelq’s would be the top two things you should do the most. Now I just started too, but my plan is 15 minutes a day of stretches and 10 minutes of dry jelqs.
