Linear Newbie Routine

I’M going to start this routine from 22/Nov/2014.after my exams r done.. Hope I gain a little.

Been doing PE for 1.5 weeks (newbie routine) so far and gonna give this routine a try.

Going to give this a go! Have been doing the Newbie for 3 weeks but let us give this 3-4 weeks as well

Well guys its my 6th day of peing with this routine and I don’t feel like taking rest days. (6/0) is it bad or not? I’m doing 10 mins warm up and down and 7 mins jelqing for now and I feel changing(perfect EQ ,heavier flaccid) should I continue with no rest days until I start doing some stretching and exhaust my self more or to take normally like 3/1 even with this program I feel like if I stop I will lose any gains that I have made so far.. Any advice?

Take at least one day a week off even if you are not doing much. It won’t hurt your gains.

Hey man I am newbie here and I want to do things save, this newbie routine doesn’t seem as hardcore as the other newbie routine how do I warm up a penis? Do I just get it erect and let I become flaccid? So that blood is flowing in and out then I start jelqing, and is doing dry jelqs fine or do I have to do wet jelqs as well. Can I masturbate then jelq after?

The Newbie Routine tells you how to warm up using a washcloth etc.
I think it is much better for newbies to start with wet jelqs. They have a much lower chance of injury and over training and make it much easier to learn what your penis is feeling while doing the exercises, in my opinion.
It’s better to avoid masturbating within a couple of hours of your PE routine if possible.

Anyway, I was wondering, Should I really drop down to about 20 reps per day to try this routine?

Well to find your sweet spot of gaining it would probably be wise.
If 20 reps are after one day not enough to give even a small reaction then increase it after one day and so on.

15 minutes could be too much(harden tissue) or not enough(no impact at all). The sweet spot is then somewhere in between.
Maybe 5 minutes would be enough to gain right now which would give you more room to improve on later on with the minutes.

If you do 15 minutes for some months your dick will get used and you will need to do more. So you try to find the least amount possible to gain.

With linear routine you can fidn that sweet spot.

It seems like a sound approach. Almost like a bodybuilding programme really.

When you say about looking for a small reaction what do you mean? What sort of things should I be noticing to know that things are working? Remember that I couldn’t tell before when my girlfriend noticed. The only thing I noticed was the pump and increase in size after each jelqing session.

I generally don’t directly heat my glans. The warmed blood from the shaft will heat it enough.
