Linear Newbie Routine

1 month check in, .375” gain in BPEL. I didn’t measure girth until about half way through, so I will give those *hopeful* gains in a few weeks. First measurement was a little conservative, so gains may have some uncertainty +/- .02 or so. Also EQ has skyrocketed. I’m sold on this routine.


BPEL - 5 5/8" --- Goal 6"

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

Also, note that I believe much of this length came from improved EQ, and regaining what I had lost from previous PE experience.

Month 2 chheck in - Gained about .0625” in length, no noticeable change in girth

To be honest I am quite reluctant and sceptical to start this but I am going to give it a go for a month and see if I notice any difference. So if I have read this correctly, for the first 2 weeks - you jelq no more than 50-60 times (starting at around 10-20 then adding like 5 each “workout”.) and you don’t incorporate stretches until the start of the third week. My only question about the routine is this part.[Within the first 2 months add max. 1 stretch (up, down.) per week] is that on top of the already one 30 second pulls to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward) or do you have to start out by going one direction at a time per week until you hit all of them (in 5 weeks). Thanks to whoever answers and I will post results, comments and feedback in week intervals.

one of the comparisons I have heard lately is its like braces it takes a while and dedication, consistency to make real gains.

Hey guys. I started PE about 1 week ago, and have decided to try this routine for a couple of months. I will record all gains probably every month, maybe every second.
Here is my starting measurements;

17cm BPEL or 6.69 inches
14 cm EG or 5.5 inches
13 cm girth behind circumcision line

I’m starting this linear newbie routine rather than the other newbie guide on Thunder’s Place. I am currently 5” BPEL and 4” EG. Wish me luck!

I started this routine a month ago almost exactly as prescribed, except that I’ve not started stretching yet.

My gains have been moderate but encouraging. I noticed a dramatic jump in EQ a few days into the routine which was a great boost, but that has gone backwards a little in the last week or so. I suspect mistakes may have crept into my jelqing technique, so I plan to learn more and refine it. I’ve not noticed any red spots or other effects, except lately I’m feeling a little sore after my nightly routines.

I’m at 70 jelqs per session at the moment. I’ll continue this routine for the next month or two and report back with results.

Most people are very careful when they start out because of the nature of these exercises. This is a good thing. As you get more comfortable, it’s only natural to start applying more force without thinking about it. Pay extra attention to how hard you squeeze for a while and you’ll probably notice that you’re more rough now than when you began. Simply easing up a little should help your EQ bounce back.

I sure wish I had found this thread when I started the newbie routine middle of last year. Got injured from it and knew that I was jelqing w/ way too many reps. Lesson learned, but still healing. It’s been a long injury and to be totally sure I’m healed, I’m not PE’ing until August of this year. Sucks! Some people can tug the shit out of their units, others are much more sensitive…less is def more for me.

Hi, I’m planning to start this routine in addition to stretching with Andropenis extender (which I’ve been doing a couple of months). The Andropenis was worked well (I’ve gained 2,0 cm on length) and that’s why I’d like to continue using it.

However, what’s your opinion; can I follow this newbie routine (excluding the manual stretching part) and keep on stretching with Andropenis some hours per day without risking over training? After all, I’m completely new to jelq.

How did you get on with your jelqing? Did you use it with the extender too?

On my third week of PE doing the standard newbie routine.

5 min warm up
5 min manual stretch (30 sec ea. All directions)
10 min jelqing
5 min warm down
2 on 1 off

Have had positive PI’s, better EQ, morning wood (more often waking up with a “full” rather than fully erect penis), more full flaccid hang all day long. Also veins seem more prominent. Gained maybe 1/16 to an 1/8” in length. Wouldn’t stepping down to this linear routine be under training in my case? Only possible negative PI’s noted were after a session (thinking back used a little more force than usual while jelqing) had minor red spots on shaft and slight turtling the next day. Spots were gone in the morning but took a couple days off anyway. My thinking is that I should continue what I am doing until gains come to a halt. Then up duration/intensity. But willing to try anything, who knows? Could be a less is more guy? Any feedback?
