Thursday: No libido nor success in achieving an erection in the morning.
Things were better in the evening. I edged. EQ was ok but not really hard.
Edged, mood and libido were fine. Released.
4 Hours of heat with the phallosan on, it was a pain in the arse again, day or night it’s always annoying unless you’re not doing anything for 4 hours, which is boring in itself.
The resulting session was excellent though (libido and mood were still up), 45 mn of quality dry jelqs with a few squeezes here and there. I tried 60% EL slow squash squeezes, it could be interesting.
I then edged a little bit .
Warm up. 15-20 mn of dry jelqs.
Looked at porn and later edged for 40 mn and released. I managed to dissociate orgasm from ejaculating, meaning I ejaculated but still was ready to go, even more so to be honest, it could be a good thing for stamina although orgasm without cumming sounds even more interesting. I did it by not touching myself close to ponr. I’ve been taking butcher’s broom for the past 3 days, so this herb along with porn viewing helped me achieve fine EQ and size while edging. I have some horse chestnut on the way too.
I started taking horse chestnut along with the butcher’s broom. I will keep taking this for a while and may ease into a light PE routine and use a lot of heat.
I will ingest these herbs for a few weeks and then will most likely switch to pycnogenol+grape seed extract + citrulline (+arginine?).
I edged in the morning for a long while, the EQ was nice bar the first few inches of the shaft which can’t get hard. So I think I’ll add serrapeptase , bromelain (and nattokinase?) to the list of supplements I use. Sparkyx was kind enough to suggest using serrapeptase for scar tissue and I read this positive report http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index…0743f4#msg76097 about the supplements.
5.5 hours of heat at night. It was most likely the last time I gave it a try . I woke up and did 3 5mn sets at 3-4hg with a spike to 8-9 for 15 seconds each set.
Later I did 15 mn of very light jelqing.

15 mn of light jelqing upon waking up, libido is up , supplements seem to be working as far as improving EQ, slowly but surely. Pycnogenol and citrulline are on the way, it should be a safer approach than the herbs.
What kind of citrulline are you trying it out? Powder or pill? L-version or malate attached?
Citrulline malate is used for physical activity as it is citrulline with malic acid added in it. You can do a search for malic acid, it is supposed to help with energy levels. I wanted pure l-citrulline for blood flow (citrulline malate should work the same but you would need to take more of it to have the same quantity of citrulline).
I bought mine from nutrabio, a lot of these amino acids supplements are cheaply made in China and vary in terms of quality. I reckon importing stuff in Brazil is expensive though. Jarrow is an other reliable brand but they don’t have it in powder form.
Swanson carries a Japanese brand of citrulline as well, but again, caps not powder.
Tried pretty much every citrulline form out there, hope that you got more luck than me :up:
So two days ago I stopped taking the horse chestnut, I had stopped using butcher’s broom earlier than that. My erections are way better, hopefully this continues. I have started with the citrulline and it seems to be good stuff too. I used porn for the last couple of days as well and of course this helps. I do notice that it is much much more difficult to use my imagination though, flashes of porn images all the time, it sucks.
I’m doing light PE and BTB jelqing. BTB jelqing makes a lot of sense in terms of EQ.
I may have overdone it yesterday again, I was thoroughly heated up and decided to do the pump sets with a spike in hg. Other factors to consider : 3 days + on a good amount of wbm. Dairy products. No tennis ball massage. Porn (high for a couple of days and then crash).
As a result I’m taking horse chestnut again. I wish there was more info on mid-long term safety of herbs .
