PIs for me are large flaccid hang and possibility to perform a nice dry jelqs / girth session without much effort. I have stopped observing them so much, mood and real life encounters play a more important role in my case (+ other ununderstandable factors).

Warm washcloth, I pour very hot (= as hot as possible) water on the cloth more or less continuously and massage the penis at the same time. For girth work I have also used hands warmers for a few hours a few times. Memento’s warm up method should be excellent too (check the rapid gain mechanism thread) , the aladdin bottle may be an other good one.

So the past two days I had great mood, increase in thickness at night and a big flaccid size during the day.

I then watched too much porn and I can see many pleasant effects are ready to rain on me as soon as I do so (anxiety, losing time, lower confidence and so on and so forth). I’ll be off it for a while again.

Maybe change your porn? Try some Japanese porn.

I think there are many different things which happen with the type of porn I use. One of them is to search for porn with big/huge cocks and therefore have the opportunity to feel worse about myself, an other one is the poor posture and pelvic floor tension habits that I create if I fap to it (watching porn every once in a while without fapping may or may not be be a positive libido boost). Then there is the crazy amount of material I search for, the feeling of emptiness once I’m done (can get time consuming quick), the struggle to be turned on by simple things (this does not happen after a couple of days of porn viewing) etc…

So the past 4 days I struggled to get erect , I had to put a lot of effort into reaching a hardish, non fully expanded (weak first few inches) state. I still feel scar - like tissue in the first few inches of the shaft. I had a decent erection one day and it was, if anything, smaller than before.

There are one or two things I’d like to try with the hands warmers.

Yesterday I did a girth work out, I warmed by steaming the penis, using memento’s warm up method. Then it was all about dry jelqs, squeezes and bends for 30mn.

I ‘ll give reverse kegels and squats a try for a while and see how it could improve EQ . There have been many reports of improvements when they were both done on a regular basis and I have a tendency to have tight muscles and tensions everywhere.

I forgot to add that memento’s warm up with massages and two very hot washcloths feels better than anything else I have tried (IR lamps, very warm washcloth with continuous hot water poured on it etc..) . The tricky part is to change the waschloth rapidly enough so there’s constantly a lot of heat. Since the hands get a bit burned in the process of wringing the water out of the washcloth , it is difficult to be swift . A possible way around this would be to make sure the right temperature is reached with aand then use gloves to diminish the burning sensations.

I have fought a quite similar battle with the pron for quite sometime. To me its an escape mechanism, like most mental addictions seem to be if you dig deep enough. When I’m stressed out, anxious and have insurmountable problems facing me, porn has been my drug of choice to let me feel good just for a little. Once I realized this, I was able to start making changes to the causes of the stress and anxiety. Some of my issues were money related, so I took steps to reduce my monthly payments by selling my luxury items and living more efficiently. It sounds goofy, but going through my belongings and tossing out all the things I’ve been hanging onto for no reason was freeing as well. I quit drinking coffee as soon as I wake up and that has helped immensely.

Momentum seems to play a big role in whether I use the habit or not. For example, If I make plans before bed to start my next day with productive activities like running and meditating I tend to carry this momentum for most of the day.

If I don’t have any plans for the day, think of what to do with my time, the first thought is “let’s watch porn, it feels good”. This argument will win because I haven’t yet thought of a better idea.

Another way of putting it is, fapping to porn is a short term activity. It takes little work and has instant payoff. If you think about it most other addictions or bad habits are the same. Easy, instant payoff.

For me, getting into more productive activities takes long term thinking, planning and goal setting.

Long term thinking = long term activities
Short term thinking = short term activities

Don’t get me wrong I still break down and fap to porn way too much but I try not to get anxious and stressed out over it when I do because that leads back into the vicious cycle.
Also, I’m pretty young and can only go about 3 days before the wet dreams start. So one way or another I’ll have to get a nut before that.

I must have watched porn 8-10 times in the past 8 months, and maybe twice in the past four, so I’m ok with how I handle porn at the moment, I slip every once in a while and then remember how stupid it can be to lose time on it and the various effects it has on me.
If you don’t lose much time on it , you’re still horny as fook , have a healthy sex life, are turned on by normal women (etc…) and it helps you relieve some stress then I don’t see what is wrong with it.
I know when I indulge in porn it increases stress and anxiety quite promptly.
