Again after taking two caps of horse chestnut yesterday and a bit of citrulline erections are quality.
Now it’s pycnogenol time though.

3 hours of warm up in the phallosan (with two hands warmers), then jelqing and 3*5mn pumping sets with no spikes . Jelqs in between sets.

Pardon my ignorance but isn’t horse chestnut mildly poisonous. Wouldn’t it be more fun and potentially relaxing to play conkers?

Horse chestnut is LIKELY SAFE for most people when a standardized seed extract product is taken by mouth for a short amount of time. Standardized products have been tested to contain exact amounts of a verified chemical. Look for products which have had the toxic substance esculin removed. Horse chestnut products can sometimes cause side effects such as dizziness, headache, stomach upset, and itching.

The meta-analysis on chronic venous insufficiency (2006 version)[42] noted that the most commonly reported side-effects associated with horse chestnut consumption were gastrointestinal complaints, dizziness, nausea, headache, and pruritis. Usually, these side-effects did not differ from placebo (aside from gastrointestinal compliants which sometimes were significant).[42]

Short term usage of horse chestnut extract is thought to be generally safe, although there may be more gastrointestinal side-effects assocaited with horse chestnut relative to placebo

I admit it is difficult to know if esculin has been removed from the extract.

Short term it should be ok, I used it for a couple of weeks and will not do more. Pycnogenol is safer which is why I switched from HC to Pycnogenol. It’s hard to know if it is safe for long periods of time, although people have taken for a while with no particular problems. I think most of these herbs/supplements can be a bit hard on the liver if taken for too long though, but I’m no expert.
Horse chestnut seems to have quite unique properties on the valves within the veins.

OK, thanks. The webmd link was useful. I hope when they remove the poisin, they don’t also remove the good bits.

I hope they removed the poison, I just asked.

However I do not see how they could sell poison , it wouldn’t be very nice for their reputation.

The extract is standardized to 20% of aescin (which is thought to be the main positive component of the plant).

Anything is poisonous in sufficient quantity. Water*, for example.

That’s interesting, so if I understand right it’s mainly about drinking too much water when there’s a need for it (sports, heat …) ?

It seems that if one could get his hand on a safe extract / medicine free of esculin it would be a decent supplement for a few guys.

Today EQ was pretty nice but hardness was not good enough, and girth was a bit smaller too. So far pycnogenol and citrulline seem to help but not as much as horse chestnut did. Other factors might have played a part, I’ll see in the next few weeks how things are.

Ok so considering my EQ the past few days pycnogenol + citrulline is nowhere near as effective as horse chestnut . Porn was exciting for a few days after a long time off it but now I wonder how on earth it ever spiked my interest, I could not care less.

I did more research and horse chestnut appears to be quite safe as long as esculin is present in minimal quantity .

_ consumerlab encyclopedia, which states horse chestnut has been used for decades especially in Europe and Germany (where it is an officially approved treatment for venous insufficiency) and no negative side effects have been noticed apart from the usual stomach upset and the rest of symptoms not different from placebo.

I discussed with various customer service and Life extension appears to be the most reliable one, Jarrow being number two (but they only sell horse chestnut in a mix of different things). Nature’s way is poor.

I believe it is possible to fuck up the veins and tissues in the penis with PE, at the moment I wonder if a history of varicose veins (calves, varicocele) running in the family may be a clue PE will be dangerous (along with the wrong mentality, lack of warm up and heavy girth work ). Also having shit night tumescence may contribute to develop an unhealthy penis (which is true with or without PE) , so it makes sense to pay close attention to EQ, no big news here. :)

I have not cummed in a fortnight if not more, I use hands warmers for two hours and do dry jelqs , squeezes and pumping since the beginning of the month (not daily, no pumping for the past week either) , and the health of tissues at the base is better, the left cc fills up better up until a certain point where I can still feel and see indentations. I have not watched porn in the last couple of weeks. I sometimes do dry jelqs and light squeezes without warm up ( but ease into them).

I’ve noticed more decent night and morning woodies but they are still far from being rock hard.

It’s been about 3 weeks since I last cummed and watched porn, I still get 80% erections during the night every once in a while, it is more difficult to be turned on and fantasize, I feel indifferent to both. I’ll keep going to see what happens in the future. I still do PE I’m more in a sort of recovery phase these days as things are worse than they were. It’s possible I need to ditch squeezes even though I enjoy them. The principle of “use it or lose it” could also apply here.

I’ve been feeling way better for the past 3 days, I don’t know if it’s because I reintroduced sorghum in my diet or not . Hair are falling a bit more already (although I massage them a lot), so it must be working at increasing dht to some extent. PE has been good and so was waking up with decent woodies. A good way to start the day. I wonder if I can keep my hair if I massage them despite increasing dht.

Last few days have been poor again, no erections during the night , morning and the day, go figure :) .
