Well this night I woke up for unknown reason and started building a whole body orgasm out of sheer thoughts, no stimulus (I laid on my belly though). I had a few days off and continue to work on diet , added a bit of zinc which does seem to help. Yesterday erection in the morning was excellent, I had a few erections during the night too, it’s getting easier to fantasize with real life women , less stimulus needed to get the imagination going, so staying off porn is a must for me . In the evening I did some more edging and two short (5-7 mn) dry jelqing sessions, of course it looked and felt great yet I did not notice erections during the night and today EQ was quite lower.

So either I just don’t have a clue what I’m putting my penis through when I do dry jelqs (high EL by the way), or it’s just normal fluctuations depending on the day.

I often noticed a peak when I don’t cum for a while and then EQ and sex drive quickly decrease, this may be an other relevant explanation.

I’m not sure how relevant is that. I made next to no progress since I started PE.

I forgot to say I did not warm up for the last few sessions, today I edged for a while (had done some dry jelqs before, ), EQ was fine but it looks really shorter, either I need time off or I need to add some stretches and switch to wet jelq for length.

Perfect night wood ! It could be various things, zinc and magnesium (+ lots spinach) supplements seem to help. I’m taking horse chestnut for a few days now and more importantly I added two grams of citrulline a couple of hours before sleeping. The citrulline seem to have made a lot of difference but I’ll need more attempts. Horse chestnut + citrulline could be a winning combo, maybe citrulline on its own will do. Anyways, we’ll see how it goes.

Oh yes and I also did some stretching and really light (3hg) pumping before sleep.

I was not so successful this night (at least I didn’t wake up with a massive hard on), however edging in the morning was good. On the other hand I did a lot of stretches yesterday, trying to figure out how to stretch and grip properly will take time so it’s not very efficient now. baby powder was superior to golf gloves and toilet paper. I did abit of low hg pumping, the citrulling helps achieve better erections in the pump.

I’ve not been able to reproduce the findings, but libido is non existent anyway! When I take the citrulline the penis is more responsive to pumping, i.e. there are more uncontrolled kegels to fill the shaft with blood each time I press the pump.

The uncontrolled kegel thing is interesting, I get them through the night after pumping but not after clamping.

Yes I suspect the pumping enlarges the ccs and invite the blood in from the rest of the body (so citrulline would amplify the ease and quantity of blood move inside) whereas clamping which keeps what is in in, unless you add kegels and do not clap super tight. I only noticed the uncontrolled kegels during the pumping session though, haven’t paid attention to it during the night.

During a session I wouldn’t say they are uncontrolled more that I get a feeling I need to kegal that is hard to resist.

I wonder if It’s some kind of safety mechanism against the higher than normal CC pressure ?
If reverse kegels open up the blood flow then maybe normal ones clamp it off ?

Mm don’t know I do feel like I perform a kegel to push more blood in, as can be seen from the resulting expansion in the tube, the shaft is adapting to the changes in vacuum pressure. If you keep the pelvic floor clenched then you restrict blood flow but if you perform a quick kegel with an overhanded grip at the base then you push more blood in.

I’ve looked at porn again for the past couple of days, I got bored of having no sex drive, I was off it for a month and a half, sometimes were excellent but many days were difficult as well. You sound similar to me, even when I was young my sex drive was erratic, part of the reason I’ve never worried about it as I got older.

I do have some plans to improve it though. Given my hormone panel divanil and lj100, if they work, should help a lot. Combining the two should be best but now I’ve just started lj100 on its own, yesterday I took it and also swallowed 50g of sorghum flour, I felt like a king for hours afterwards! It’s such a shame I lose hair on it.. I had also watched a bit of porn . Today I took the lj100 on its own I have not noticed anything dramatic yet*. Again after taking the sorghum I felt way way more dominant , so working on dht is really key here, yet that would mean waving goodbye to my hair.. If I can get reliable daily improvement from sorghum and the rest then it’s worth baldness!

Pycnogenol and l-citrulline (nutrabio only and not citrulline malate) do improve EQ but of course libido has to be there.

* On the other hand yesterday I wanted to get back into doing girth work since EQ and mood were way up, but I ended up smashing my penis for way too long . I need to be more methodical in my approach .
