I'm New To This

May 16 - Noticed some decrease in length and a slight increase in girth.Also after my routine I had some red spots on my shaft,for me its a sign I did a good workout.

May 17 - All went great,used exactly the same intensity as yesterday and didnt get the red spots.Hand clamping is great,makes my penis expand,I feel the gains coming :D

Every week I’m going to add 20 jelqs,1 set of 30 sec hand clamping and 1 set of 30 sec stretches.Like this:
warm up
35 jelqs
2 sets 30 sec hand clamping
35 jelqs
30 sec hand clamping
3 sets of stretches

I believe it’s a nice way to escalate the intensity.If anyone has any suggestions please right them in.

As long as you keep seeing results don’t change the program. When you stop developing start increasing the jelqs.. Be careful with clamping. I have read your post about morning woods. I have the same situation too.Don’t worry about it. When I have sex with my wife my penis is rock hard and just refuses to go soft even after sex. I usually need 4 to 5 minutes to go completely flaccid! PE rocks! As long as your penis is fine when having sex, don’t worry about morning woods.

I think 2 on 1 off is fine. Take the weekend off every second week.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Im going to add jelqs until I reach a proper ammount like 120 and 3-4 sets of the other excersises and keep it that way for as long as I gain.The gains I had were after the workout so I think its just expansion.Im still conditioning and monitoring my EQ.

Measured my BPFSL at 7.5 inches(19cm).I’m writing for future comparison.I’ve read that if your BPFSL is longer than your BPEL (which in my case is half an inch longer) you will gain length quickly or something like that. Is it true?

May 18 - Did the routine normally,no negative PI.Only change was that I hold the second set of hand clamping for 1 minute.Felt great,had good expansion and my flaccid was bigger for longer.

Just curious as to how long you’ve been at PE (start date), and also, how do you do hand clamping and is it something you would suggest for a beginner ?

Nice. You are on a good way the way you approach it!

The BPFSL thing I dont think so. You probably mean the TGC theory that is interesting but not that reproductive I fear.

What happens is that you might see BPFSL increases first before they start to show up more reguarly with BPEL.

I’ve been PEing for around 2 months i’m also a newbie.If you search my other posts I believe firegoat asnwers your question. Its ok if you take it slow
