Well thats what Im going to do..Do you believe that with 3 days a week and with my routine I will see gains? My workout is pretty easy and not intense at all thats why Im confused.I cant believe my dick is that sensitive..what a bitch.

May 26 - Did 1 set of 1 minute stretches to all directions.My flaccid has gone down on girth, from 11.5 cm to 10 cm (4.5in to 3.9in).I believe its because I havent done much jelqing or manual clamping these days.

Okay so I’ll start fresh from tomorrow with 1 minute stretches which I dont think will affect the EQ , 40(5sec) jelqs and 2 sets of 30 sec manual clamping after 20 jelqs.What do you think?

Nobody said that you must stop sex. Just do it every other day.What you must do is try different ways. For example, try the programm you suggested, which i find good three times a week, for 15 days… See what happens.Keep notes.Then try 2 on 1 off for two weeks.Then 1 on 2 off, etc. It’s the only way to find what works best for your body. This thing was a bitch for me. It took me a while. I have overtrained. I have undertrained. But i found my sweet spot which for me is 1 on 1 off and all weekend off. Don’t be in a hurry.If you do this right you will surely have a bigger penis, say, two years from now tops.

My goal for 2 years is 0.5 in girth and 1-1.5inches length.To achieve this I must seriously go up ib the intensity ans I feek I wont achieve it due to my bitchy dick

Sounds good. Most important here is to watch your PI ‘s as in looking how you react to the exercises. Look for whats different during after and next morning etc.
Then you can gauge which intensity is right for you.(at the moment)

May 27 - Did my new light routine.My girlfriend wanted me to go there so I went but I couldnt resist having sex so I did it..My erections were so much better!!But Im really starting to believe that I only get a nice hard on only when other people are around:/ not watching me but being there..it makes things more dangerous.Thats what I have noticed and Im starting to worry even more!Never thought about it before but my girlfriend mentioned it.
