Start just by feel, no longer than 5 min per day.
You could use a semi clamp like a rubber band (that doesn’t completely hinder blood-flow).

Well it’s been my 5th day on my linear routine and it’s a rest day, I will continue with 3 on 1 off but the first days of linear are quite easy with only just 30 jelqs:P I will complete my 3 months on linear and by seeing the kind of gains I get,I’ll adjust.
My main concern is girth but I think I will try and get close to 8 inches NBPEL(around 19 cm) before I could be completely focused on my girth.
For girth my short-term goal is to reach 13.5cm which I believe is around 5.3 inches, I believe it’s quite possible but I don’t want to have very high expectations. Few steps at a time.


Try 50 jelqs per day. 3 on 1 off. I found it highly efficient. Don’t get excited when you see your first gains and overdo it too soon. I did that and injured myself twice. It slowed my progress.. Kαλά αποτελέσματα αδερφε.

ΤHe first thing you ‘ll notice is better erection and flaccid length gains. It took me a week for that. After that things are different for any guy.. As for your routine remember: longer flaccid good, penis shrivelling for more than an hour after exercise bad, hard erections good, softer erections bad. Keep that in mind and you ll be fine.

Just keep it gentle for now and don’t change anything until you are happy that your penis is doing what it should. If you add anything to your routine, do it gradually and gently. It all seems to be going fine, so don’t change things unnecessarily.

Γεια σου αδερφε.εγω αρχισα αρχες Φλεβαρη.Αρχισα με Stretches , πάνω , κατω, δεξια αριστερα, τρια σετ απο δεκα δευτερολεπτα το τραβηγμα.μετα 150 jelqs, 4 μερες on τρεις off. Αρχισα, με μήκος 15,5 και απο το κόκαλο 17. Το πάχος γύρω στα 13, 5 εκατοστα. Στην πρωτη εβδομαδα ειχα κατι στυσεις που περναγαν και απο τοιχο. Επισης σε χαλαση κερδισα περιπου 2 εκατοστα . Πηγα απο 8 εκ στα 10. Μετα τραυματιστηκα. Σταματησα για 7 ημερες και ηρθα στα ισα μου. Μετα ξαναρχισα το ιδιο προγραμμα, αυξανομενο ανα 50 jelgs ανα βδομαδα και και ένα σετ στα stretches, που εφτασα πέντε σετ. Αλλαξα όμως τη συχνότητα και έκανα 1 οn ένα οff με το Σ/Κ ελευθερο. Δηλαδή τρεις μέρες την εβδομαδα. Πήγα καλά. Γαμάτες οι στυσεις το μεγεθος καμία αλλαγή. Όταν έφτασα στα 300 jelqs ξανατραυματίστηκα και έκοψα για 5 μέρες. Μετα σκεφτηκα οτι το Newbie routine ειναι τεραστια μαλακια γιατι αν ειναι αν τραυματίζεσαι καθε 15-20 μέρες, γαμησε τα.. Απο περίπου αρχές Απριλίου, άρχισα δικο μου προγραμμα, ως εξής: 3 set stretches και 100 dry jelqs τη μέρα, αυξανόμενα ανα 20 την εβδομάδα, όχι όμως πάνω απο 200 το ανώτερω. Το κάνω μέρα παρα μέρα. Βγαίνει περίπου τρείς με τεσσερεις μέρες την εβδομάδα.Ανάλογα.Άμα δω ότι κουραζομαι αφήνω κενό το Σ/Κ. Το ζεσταμα αδερφέ είναι πολύ σημαντικό αρκεί να μην καις το πουλί σου. Με αυτό το πρόγραμμα έχω παει στα 11 περίπου εκατοστά flaccid , 16 NBPEL, 17 BPEL και το πάχος 14 και κάτι, 14, 2 θα έλεγα. Νομίζω ότι θα επαιρνα παραπανω αλλα ειχα και τους τραυμτισμούς και δεν μπορω να ξέρω σίγουρα. Ενταξει δε βιαζομαι. Αλλα να θυμασαι αυτές οι μαλακιες που γραφουν για προγραμματα για αρχαριους φιλε ειναι για τον πουτσο. Σε γονατιζουν ασχημα. Η Linear routine ειναι σαφως λογικότερη. Και ΠΟΤΕ μην πατας το μεγαλο νευρο στο κέντρο, στο πανω μερος του πουλιου σου. Ο πρωτος μου τραυματισμος ήταν απο κει και έμεινα 4 μερες χωρις πουλι. Το εβλεπα χωρις να το νιωθω!
