Thanks guys!! DT warren- thank you for the testimony of your use of the extender! Even though the gains seem to be a little bit slow, they are still real!

There are a lot of people that complain or become discouraged or even quit by not seeing gains quicker. So respect for keeping it up!

I appreciate the other comments about the difference between an ADS and utilization of a stretcher.

My theory is that, under a level of tension somewhat higher than an ADS, but obviously less than doing a hanging session, could be a possible theory for promoting more gains by presenting a “middle ground of tension”.

I mean, I’m following the JP90 routine, even into my fourth month. And then I put the extender on for a couple of hours after the shower work out.

.And I have made some sincere gains and phenomenal increase in EQ..

I have some clamping and different silicone devices from AB Silicone on the way, but I’m not really trying for girth right now.. And I’m waiting to feel a little bit more confident and conditioned before I start hanging.. Part of the reason why A slightly greater increase in tension post workout might prep me better for the next level??

If you read it, you’ll find no mention of extender use per se, but he did do stretching (which is essentially the same). Anyhow, the reason I’m sharing is because it’s got a few nuggets of info about supplementing your routine with daily mini exercises. A minute or two here and there can go a long way.

Hey Big Worm, I do the same thing.When I feel slack or see that I’m fully extended with almost no tension then it’s time to add length.
I prefer the lower tension, and when I do add length, then for the first few days to week I’m at a higher tension (maybe 2nd bar or between 1st and 2nd).

Right on straal1969. It’s certainly a special feeling when you put the work in and see the fruits of your labors in the form of an added rod. Almost like winning a prize.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Has anyone looked into a cloth ADS like the stealth for men? I recently purchased one, but instead of buying the size for my flaccid length, I bought one for my BPFSL so my penis maintains that length for however long I wear it. I kept the girth quite small so that my head doesn’t slip out. However, this doesn’t seem to be putting any stress on my ligaments, so does that mean I am wasting my time? Or is the idea of healing in an extended state enough to use this is a gain “cementer”.

I know there are rules about promoting certain devices, but I don’t see much about this product on the site and I am very curious since it is comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. Is it purely an anti-turtle device or could it serve the same purpose as an extender?

I searched “Stealth Underwear” and that link came up. It has 28 pages, which probably has your question covered and then some. I don’t know much about the device myself. I simply can’t afford to investigate the new developments as I used to.

I have a few sets. Stealthman does a nice job of customizing the orders if you ask. For instance, I had some of my buttons tweaked for extra comfort.

As to your question about whether they can be used as extenders, I would say that they are not that. You’d need significantly more force for it to be a traction device. It does hold up well if you’re wanting something to keep you from turtling though. And as an added bonus, they also offer a nice bulge effect if you’re into that sort of thing.

Hahaha, I am not laughing at your misfortune , just at the parallel. I’m an everyday extender. I don’t usually take any days off. Maybe 1 day off every 6 weeks.

On Wednesday morning I was feeling frisky inside my stretcher. I thought about trying to cum, while stretching. But after a bit more thought, it didn’t seem to be such a good idea. I still played around with getting hard and soft in the stretcher. In my 3 hour session maybe an hour was spent playing around. I wasn’t doing anything drastic (I thought I was being quite gentle compared to what I usually do to or with it).

Boy o boy that night and the next day I felt like I had done a 12 hour marathon multi-orgasm jerk fest on myself. Needless to say I took that evening and next day off. Word of caution, try not to get overly horny when you’re stretching, and for gosh sake, don’t go trying to have an O wearing it.

I have been sporting my extender everyday for the past two months, too much it sounds like? After reading your scheduled trauma write up I’m hearing the words conditioned in my head:-) .

Exactly how many days on and how many days off would you advise wearing the extender? As has been already mentioned by so many, the X4 instructions leave much to the imagination.

Great question! I need some guidance on this one. My routine is:
1.Extender average 5 hours a day, but to achieve this average some days will hit 7 hours.
2. Pump 1-3 times a day, 20-30 minutes, Saturday’s and Sunday’s might get one session between the both days.
3. Random clamping, maybe three times a week, 10 minute sessions max.
4. Jelq 15-20 minute after 1-2 of the pumping sessions.

I know the above is a little all over the place, but I am fitting this all into an already crazy schedule. So I’m a bit of an opportunist when it comes to finding time.

Relative to gains, I can’t say if what’s there is cemented. Right now it’s looking like I have gained possibly .25”. My starting BPEL was 5.5 measured end of June and now I’m looking at a hair under 6. My thought is that if I stopped all together I would end up at 5.75”.

All recommendations are welcome, let me know if you need more info or if something isn’t clear.
