I’m going through the size database, checking out the big gainers and examining their PE careers. Some of them have been prolific posters, some never made a single post. Some of them are still active on the board, but most of them stop by infrequently or not at all. I’m going to collect highlights from their posts during their gaining periods to see what they used.

I’m not going to make any judgments on whether a member’s stats are true or false, but I will omit a few obvious fakes (10 inch length gain? 7 inch girth gain?). I believe most of the big gainers are telling the truth, but the truth can be difficult to swallow. Just like natural cock size, there are a few lucky guys who get 5 to 10 times average volume gains while the vast majority of guys get average gains. If anything, the size database seems to show that volume gain is even more positively skewed than natural size. Without further adieu.


Top of the list is PelleXL with a volume gain of 57 cubic inches. As far as I can tell he has no posts, but he tracked size stats from a starting size of 8x6” in 1993 which is a volume of about 23 cubic inches. April 2013 was his most recent update at a size of 13” x 8.8” for a volume of 80 cubic inches. That’s a gain of 5” in length and 2.8” in girth. Not much to learn here because there are no posts to review. Although if he did post it would be non stop pic requests, so I can understand. I’ll just say this is the kind of gain most people think is impossible, but the stats would say maybe it does happen - just that it’s rare on the same order as a natural 13” x 9” cock is exceedingly rare, but apparently exists (Jonah Falcon). Perhaps 1 in 100 million or 1 in a billion rare. A lot can happen in ten years time.

erikC gained 30 cubic inches. He recorded regular stats from April 2004 to August 2006 (28 months), while he posted here, going from 6.75” x 5.5” up to a 10.75” x 7.65”. Length gain of 4” and girth gain of 2.15”. His PE career here went from about age 19 to 22, and he only made a handful of posts about mostly non-PE related topics. He hasn’t been around since 2011, but he was kind enough to include a detailed routine in the size database which I’ll post below.

Highlights are that he PE’d about 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. He began with a 1 hour 20 minute routine, but increased the time after PE’ing for about 18 months. In addition to the 2 hour 10 minutes routine of a long warmup, dry jelqing, pumping, and then stretching - he spaced out short PE sessions of (about 5 minutes?) throughout the day, including Uli type squeezes upon waking, going to sleep, and urinating. pumping while at the computer, and jelqing in the shower.


Main Routine Constituents
Jelqing, Ulis, Stretching

- 4 water-soaked baby socks; microwaved until warm; then apply to the penis for about 20 minutes.

1. Dry Jelq: 40 minutes
2. Pump: Moderate-Suction (don’t know the Hg—doesn’t have a gauge); 45 minutes
3. Manual Stretches: 25 minutes
Overall: 2 HOUR 10 MINUTES, 5 days a week.

Originally, my sessions were 1 hr. 20 min. From Oct 2005, I doubled the time on my sessions.
I always find opportunities to enlarge my penis in my usual day-to-day activities. These happen intermittently sometimes.
* After urination, I would squeeze the base of my penis for about a minute or so; forcing the blood up to my glands.
* I would do the same procedure above, when I am going to bed or waking up.
* Hot wrap in the shower for about 5 minutes with a rag; then I will jelq in the shower anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.
* I do kegles quite often, especially when working out or when I’m on the computer.
* Pump: moderate suction when I’m at the desk doing homework or am on the computer.

harderjoker’s stats

hardjoker gained 26 cubic inches, starting at 5.5” x 4.875” and ending at 9.125” x 7.125”. That’s a length gain of 3.63” and a girth gain of 2.25”. He didn’t make any posts, but his size data base info shows he PE’d from 1998 through 2010, with most of his gains coming between 1998 and 2003. It looks like he was somewhere between 23 and 33 years old during those gains, and his routine consisted of primarily jelqing and stretching for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week, plus some clamping.

I agree that a lot can happen in ten years time, but I’m willing to bet that the vast majority of these insane gainers are full of shit, or are fooling themselves or both. Inaccurate starting measurements, ‘wishful’ measuring, etc…

I honestly feel like the starting measurement should be at least a one week process. I have rock hard erections before that feel like a 10/10 but measure a full .25” less than my full NBP length. Some days your dick is just a different size - it varies so frequently. People need to measure over a longer period of time rather than just ONCE, and need to measure multiple times each day at that, before I feel they’re getting an accurate read on themselves. In many cases, the easiest person to fool is yourself.

4”+ of length and 2.15” of girth is ridiculous…that kid was 19 when he started though, so if it is true, maybe he had some natural growth in there as well.

The only epic gainer I really believe is PEforeal, who increased his girth by over 2” (from 4.75” BEG to over 7” BEG) in a matter of over ten years (I believe). He’s been posting here since the beginning (2001) and you can follow/track his progress all the way from then until now to prove that he’s a real person and he’s not just trolling for a good laugh. Through looking at his PE record, I personally believe that some of his early gains (I think he saw a very quick jump of +.5” girth in just a month or two) was probably due to revitalized EQ, with the rest of his girth gains after this being due to legitimate consistency and a lot of time pumping (years). Also, luck - and an extra stretchable Tunica.

I’ve been doing the same thing recently, Bearded - been looking into good, ‘reasonable’ girth gainers who don’t claim crazy stats but still gained .25”, .5” or .75”. Hoping I can learn something from them as I’m starting out really skinny. Currently pouring over all Sta-Kool’s posts, he sounds like the 50 year old version of me and my cock lol.

The first thing that stands out about the above gainers is the sheer amount of time they put in.

Smallja, I believe these big gainers are out there because of statistics. The distribution graph of erect volume gains from the size database forms a smooth “positively skewed Gaussian distribution” shape. Look up that term in an internet search and check an image of its shape, and you’ll see why I believe these guys. These first few guys are off the charts in their own realm of volume gains, but it won’t take long to get to the point where the difference between one guy and the next is 0.1 cubic inches volume gained.

I’ll try to note if there were any factors such as very young or very old age if I can find that info. I’m going to give everyone’s measurements the benefit of the doubt unless it is an obvious fake, and you all can decide whether or not to believe them.

As capernicus said, the amount of time some people spend PEing is mindblowing. A minimum of an hour a day, 5 days a week? What kind of job/social/family life do they have? Do they work out? Only way I can see that being possible is being single and in college or a regular 9-5.

I was doing two hours a day for a while and it was effecting my work.

I also think that people making extreme claims yet very little or no posting history seems odd.

I wonder if a common denominator for big girth gainers is that they have consistently high sex drive?

I believe that’s what stopping me from getting good girth gains.

Great job, Bearded. Very interesting idea for a thread. Like some others, I wondered about the legitimacy of those measurements. Some seem hard to believe. On the other hand, as with anything in life, there are some individuals who excel in a particular field. Earlier today, I read about a porn star who claims to have gained three inches in length by pumping. The “finished product” was ten inches. In the end, I think it’s entirely possible that someone with the right genetics, determination, consistency and approach can make uncommon gains given enough time. I would certainly love to believe so. If these guys can grow as much as they did, it seems to make my relatively modest goals that much more attainable.

boxcar23 gained 24 cubic inches. He was in his late 70’s during his gainer period here, and was an active poster, giving many details about his routine and theory about growth. He was not very sure of his erect starting size but he estimated it at 5” x 4.5”. He finished at 7.75” x 7.25” which is a gain of 2.75” length and 2.75” girth. It’s likely he did most of his PE from about June 2001 through March 2003. It’s possible he tried some PE as early as 1993. He hasn’t been around for a few years now.

Boxcar23 was a general pediatrician for his occupation, so he contributed some good info into the theory of cell growth in the penis, penile health theories, understanding of kegels, penile nerves, as well some good stories about turning heads in the medical community when he “proved” to them with definitive evidence that PE is real. As a physician he believed that age was a factor in his gains, citing lower elasticity in the tissues.

It seems he enjoyed his increased flaccid size more than erect size (in my 70’s I bet I will too) and went to the nude beaches in Jamaica. A lot of the measurements he quotes vary between flaccid and erect, and between whether they are immediately post-workout or not. So when reading through his individual posts, it’s not always clear on his growth progression. I would like to think as a man of science though, that his overall gains are quoted in the same state as they were initially measured.

He started out for the first couple months with half an hour jelqing and stretching daily, and then added in a Bib hanger and uli’s and squeezes for the next 6 months. There is a lot of variation in the measurements he posts during this period, but one thing is for sure, he gained length and girth very fast over the first 6-8 months using these exercises. His flaccid length started in the range of 3” x 3” to 5” x 3” and quickly went up to the 5” x 5” to 7” x 6” range. He attributes most of the gains to the hanging during this period

After about a year of that he updated his routine to 20 minutes of hanging (about 15-20 lbs BTC) followed by 20 minutes pumping at high pressure (10-20 inHg – important: he did not feel pain at this pressure while most people would) with 3-4 jelq sessions of about 100 jelqs each between about 5 minute pump sets, as I read it. Then he finished with 20 minutes of slower high force jelqing.

His rest schedule and overall time for each session was about a hour per day, 5 days a week. He estimated on average he did 500 jelqs per day.

His growth theory advocated using higher forces, but he also says that he didn’t feel pain, or that he felt a “pleasurable pain” so he was using that as an indicator of acceptable forces. He thought it was very important to use an overhand jelq grip and start the jelq as close as possible to the pubic bone. He has one post “Mouse under the Rug” where he outlines an interesting technique of kegeling and manually “pinching” off the bulbous area of the penis below the balls. Apparently he was able to get good girth expansion in this way, including a girth workout for the “internal” penis that is surrounded by the scrotum and usually so difficult to work.

All in all, boxcar23 had some amazing gains, and contributed a lot of good info on how he thought those gains happened from a medical standpoint. There is considerable variation in his measurements, but that is expected at the age of 79. His age probably played a role in his success as well, but he attributes most of his gains to his early hanging, and then his jelqing/stretching through his career, and finally adding pumping about halfway through.

That’s the kind of effort you need to put in. You wouldn’t expect to become an athlete by running for 10 minutes a day or a poet by writing for 10 minutes a day.
