Great question! I need some guidance on this one. My routine is:
1.Extender average 5 hours a day, but to achieve this average some days will hit 7 hours.
2. Pump 1-3 times a day, 20-30 minutes, Saturday’s and Sunday’s might get one session between the both days.
3. Random clamping, maybe three times a week, 10 minute sessions max.
4. Jelq 15-20 minute after 1-2 of the pumping sessions.
I know the above is a little all over the place, but I am fitting this all into an already crazy schedule. So I’m a bit of an opportunist when it comes to finding time.
Relative to gains, I can’t say if what’s there is cemented. Right now it’s looking like I have gained possibly .25”. My starting BPEL was 5.5 measured end of June and now I’m looking at a hair under 6. My thought is that if I stopped all together I would end up at 5.75”.
