The speed at you grow in length depends of many factors: How much traction are you using, how conditioned is your penis, how much time have you been extending for, age and hormonal levels, warmups, tissue health and bloodflow, etc.

Many attempts at creating a linear formula for growth have been made, such as from 1000 hours -> 1 cm then 1000 hours -> 1 inch. But to date none of these predictions is true for everyone because every penis is different. That website uses a mathematical formula to fit the data you input into a function that you can graph and predict its growth.
It may sound a bit complicated and "sciencey" at first but its simple: Input the hours in the "X axis data column" and size in "Y axis data column" and then type the size you’re looking to predict in the "y axis data prediction" column in the right. It should then give you how many hours it should take you to achieve that size. You may also type the amount of hours in the "X axis data prediction" to predict how much you would have grown. Take all these numbers with a grain of salt, of course.


Start (01-2018) -> Now (01-2019) Penimaster Pro hours = 1150

BPFL - 8.5 cm -> 12.5 cm

BPEL - 15 cm -> 17.5 cm

I figured I would post my extender progress here to keep myself engaged in the community.
I have been using my X4 extender now for 4 hours a day on a 5 on 1 off schedule. I’m at just about a month into my PE doing this with the newbie routine.

A couple things I’ve noticed:
My initial stretch in the extender was about a 1/4” past my BPEL at 7.25”. Now a month later I’m stretching to just under 8” in the extender and the initial discomfort is gone. My BPEL gains are just over 1/4” so I’m hoping the new stretched length in the extender is a positive pi indicative of coming gains? Maybe someone can chime in on this with their experienced perspective.

Some side effects I’ve noticed:
When I push the limits of my time spent extending, I don’t last more than a few pumps during sex. I’m assuming that’s due to fatigue. However, my erections are rock hard now and even when I ejaculate early, I stay fully hard for quite some time afterwards so I don’t need to stop having sex.
The area of my penis that gets sore from extending is I believe my tunica and cord so I’m hoping that means the shaft itself is growing versus the ligs I’m targeting with my newbie stretches.

All in all I’m happy with my results so far. My BPEL is up just over 1/4” in about a month. I don’t measure my girth because I’m already 6”+ so it’s not a cause for concern to me.

Stretched length is the main PI that extenders and hangers watch for. So that’s key.

Always measure girth. Keeping some track is always important.

A lack of fatigue is a sign of good conditioning. Continuous or increased fatigue is a sign to back off. You’ll have to decide what exactly constitutes continuous or increased fatigue for yourself but you’re off to a great start!

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ll start taking some measurements on my girth then just for tracking purposes. Thanks for the insight. I have found that my glands looks bigger so I’m guessing it’s improving.
