Mem's Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

This is a great thread which I hadn’t really looked at till recently, However thanks to some good advice I’m incorperating some elements into my routine.
Primarily the fulcrum stretching which I’m really liking.

I’m doing my stretching in the morning but being pressed for time I came up with this idea.
I took a 10” length of pvc plastic pipe about 2.5” diameter and about 2 meters of webbing, ran the webbing through the pipe and tied it off to make a strap so I can hang it round my neck.
I now have a fulcrum which hangs hands free in front of me at just the right height which lets me do my stretching standing up under the hot shower and using both hands.

I can also put the strap under my foot and stretch upwards with the fulcrum on top if needed.
It works great especially with the hot water running constantly to stay warmed. and saves a lot of precious time in the morning.

Do you mind saying a little more about this set-up of yours? Exactly how does it work? Is it a hanger?

I’ve tried this routine a few times, but I never felt that I really mastered the stretch.

I gave it another shot yesterday and it felt like a much better stretch compared to what I managed in the past.

My flaccid may be slightly bigger now, but I also used a bigger cylinder this time. What I used in the past was probably a little smaller than what Mem recommends, but this one was larger. I used a vitamin pot that I filled with hot water, which really felt great for the stretch. Not sure how good it is for my balls though with that heat, but I’ll see if I can put a cloth or something in between.

I’m optimistic about this stretch though. I started doing some hanging in the holidays, but got sick and have not resumed it. Quite frankly, I hope I can get away with a manual stretching routine instead for many reasons. I’ll try it for a month and see what happens.

Actually, another member private messaged me regarding the setup. I’m going to copy/paste what I wrote to him here:

I agree, devices are difficult to describe, however I will do my best:
1. The web belt is a typical strap you’d use to tie up a sleeping bag or something. It consists of the strap, an end with a slide attached. It also has a hook, and is set up so that the hook is in a loop where the slide is able to change the length of the strap. The strap is like this:

2. The raw end of the web belt is modified for traction on the penis. I used a knife to shred it up a little bit, and then coated the end in silicone. I used Permatex gold, but I imagine any heavy duty sealant would work. The side that you will place against the penis should rest on wax paper or something that will leave a smooth finish. The strap should have about 1.5” of non-coated strap, then about 2” long of coated strap, then the remainer of the strap uncoated.

So, now you have the complete strap. The strap can go around the waist, or as I’ve found, shortened up and put around the leg so you can do an inverted V stretch.

Then you use a large O ring, or I am using a cock ring, made of nitrile rubber. Large diameter, because you’re using the stretchiness of the ring as your tensioner on the unit. I use this ring in conjunction with a polypropelyne sock rolled up to provide a cushion.

Then the more difficult part to master, attachment to the head:

I use latex finger cots (I am NOT allergic to latex, if you are you have to find some other kind of sleeve, silicone or something, but they are not as readily available)

In a completely flaccid state, I get the glans into the cot, then pulling tight, roll the cot down the shaft. It is very important that you do not get any skin folding inside of the cot, it hurts, believe me. Also, it is important to get the cot tight around the glans, if there is any loose on the end, kind of like a reservoir tip of a condom, then it’s going to hurt when you take it off.

Holding the cot tight, place the strap against the top of the penis so that the silicone is right on top of the glans ridge, and just behind the glans on the shaft. Using 1” wide self-adhering wrap, about 6” long, wrap the strap to the penis. I find that if I place the wrap where it just barely covers the ridge, and holds tight against the shaft just behind the glans is the best place. You might be different.

Now, once the 1” wrap is secure, use 3” wide wrap, about 8” length. Use the 3” wide wrap to wrap over the entire glans, and down to behind where you have the 1” tape. Make one or two turns, then fold the length of strap that is sticking out behind the wrap to double back on itself. Make the last turn or two of 3” wrap.

Lastly, and this is important too, Pull the ring of the cot to double back onto the wrap so that it is not touching the skin. This holds the wrap in a good place, but also keeps that ring from digging into the shaft while stretching.

You should be able to get a good tug. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TWEAK THIS.. Quite a bit, to understand exactly how it works.

I would caution again against increasing the force of the stretch too much. Do like the guys say on here and watch your EQ, it’s a major tell-tale. I was stretching for so many hours with this rig around the waist (Straight stretch) and really got nowhere (about a quarter inch after stretching 3hrs a day, 4-5 days a week for 3 months). I really believe the key is the two-stage appraoch that Mem has. The “hot workout” loosens all of the flesh systems for elongation, then the stretch is more effective. So, in your case, where you think your member is too strong, you need to loosen it up first. Think about it like cheese almost (I just got done washing all the dishes from our New Year’s party!). Cheese is a pain in the ass on a dish cold and hard. However, you put it under hot water, work it a bit, and it loosens up and you can do whatever with it.

Again, with my rig, you can REALLY put alot of strain on your member. BE CAREFUL. Also, only do it for a half hour, then hour, then longer if you want. Watch the tip of your glans. When I first started, I went for long-times and the tip would get severely beat up (purple for several hours before coming back). Also, if I wore it on too high of a tension, I’d turtle up for a day or so after. My EQ when on long-term stretching was shit, and took a while to recover.

Just like these guys say here, listen to EQ, if you turtle up and can’t get hard after a work out, you’re working it too hard. This can be that you’re cold working it too hard (cold long-term stretching) or just simply overdoing it (like when I tried Mem’s entire routine right out of the gate).

I guess what I didn’t say clearly was that the hook end goes around the leg or the waist, however you want to route it, and then hooks around the cock ring. The ring should be slightly stretched. Once you get really used to the rig, you can stretch the ring more and it gives more tension.

Make sure to adjust the slide so that the end is where you need it and the hook is where you need it. My rig when the slide is out will fit around my waist. When I move the slide all the way towards the raw end, it will go around my leg. You’ll have to play with this a bit to get it work for you. My waist and leg dimensions are surely different than everyone else’s. As a matter of fact, now that I’m growing on this routine, I am going to have to make another, shorter, strap for the around the leg stretches. The slide is getting really close to the silicone traction pad at the end.

P.s. The gains on this thing are incredible. I took Dec and half of January off, just doing a shower routine every other day or two, no stretching, to cement gains. I lost no length in that time. I’m starting again with the full routine this week. The wife is on Cloud Nine! She was so against it when we first talked about it, thinking I’d hurt myself. Thanks to this community, I was able to safely navigate my way through. She now admits that she loves it, and will love more!

Hmm, Mem, what do You think about doing the morning part of routine every day?

I’ve got the idea for change some in this routine: the jelq/horse routine for evening in 2on/1off schedule and morning stretching 7 days a week.

This inverted V’s has some to do with hanging, which (if I remember correctly) is done without rest days.

Anyone do this option or maybe just stretch in their routine without rest days?

It’s supposed to be a pretty intense routine, building up to a point where you can’t take it any more. I think that’s partly why it worked for me.

If taking the intensity down or moving stuff around works for you, cool. I agree that rest days are probably more related to girth work. You’ll just have to experiment and see if that schedule works better for you.

I know that time is precious, but I appeal that you don’t waste water unnecessarily because nowadays it’s even more precious and taken for granted. :)

I have just made one myself and gonna try it out tomorrow morning when I do my stretching routine..
It’s gonna be great too use both hands for more power and I can imagine this solution feels more relaxed with the hot water from the shower and all that..

Cool, hope it’s useful.
I’ve found it helps to have an adjustable strap so you can vary the height easily.

With a bit of imagination you can do all sorts of cool stretches with it.

I have been doing this workout on and off for a couple weeks. I am not sure about any gains but it feels intense. I am a grower so I sometimes hate my flaccid size. With this routine I really feel that my flaccid length is beefier overall, even when I’m just walking around the house and living life. That alone is a reason for me to do this routine. However, I am aiming for good results.

Wow, 3 years between joining and first post. That’s pretty intense too. I think you have to commit to something fully, to see results.
