I definitely have not applied myself to PE. I have done it on and off for many years. I’m trying to get back into shape and I’m hoping your routine and the fat pad loss with exercise will have a dramatic effect.
I have done the newbie routine a few times over the years and really didn’t get much benefit from it. Just a couple weeks with your routine at 4 days on 3 days off and it just feels different. I am trying to get that up to 5 on and 2 off but work and life doesn’t want to bend to my schedule.

Just like exercise if you don’t notice any difference it’s difficult to keep on pushing forward. Their might not be a measurable difference yet but just the flaccid difference has me hyped.

I hope you didn’t jump straight into this routine. It’s a great one for injury, given an unconditioned dick. I hope it continues to work for you.

PE is a long haul thing, unfortunately. Success always seems to be measured in months.

No I did the newbie routine again before I started this one. I missed the occasional day or two when I did the routine, but I stuck with it. It just doesn’t do much for me.

I kind of work PE with my exercise schedule. I would say it goes hand in hand. I have been doing the exercise schedule for a couple months now.

No, it really is the last thing newbies should be doing. It’s an extremely tough routine and will toughen up your penis very quickly, making it hard to gain from more gentle forms of PE.
When you are getting no gains from the newbie, add another manual exercise. When you have worked your way through all the manual exercises, getting the maximum gains out of each before moving on, then, and only then, is it time to start thinking about tough routines like this, or clamping etc.

As soon as you start to do intense stuff, the collagen in your dick will get much stronger and you won’t be able to get gains from any gentler methods again, so you will massively limit your potential long-term gains by starting intense routines too soon. I know - I made that mistake and had to take a year off to decondition before I could get any gains again.

Learning to read correctly

So I was doing this routine wrong. I had an image in my head of the routine and no matter what I read I interpreted it in a way to support that image. I was doing the stretches and getting a strong pull at the base and was probably stretching the penile suspensory ligament. Yet when I’m reading the posts I can see that is not where people are getting the stretch. So after seeing a couple pictures and the video I realize I am using an object with 6 inches circumference and a bit over 6 inches long. I was doing a straight outward pull. My penis was flat on this bottle and the rounding of the penis over the bottle was to the sides width wise. I don’t think I could have had the stretching part of the routine more backwards.

So now I understand all the fuss about what the cream pot that you are using looks like. I having been looking all over the house for anything that comes close to the correct dimensions and surprise surprise it is a container for facial cream. This time I feel the stretch on the shaft area and for me it is more concentrated on the upper shaft. My guess is the length of the penis and the size of the container will change where people get the tension of the stretch. I’m not happy with the cream container that I am using because the lid is of a smaller dimension than the body so my penis tends to roll off or overhang to the side. If I can get the container right and get the mechanics of the stretch right I can see using different sized containers in the diameter dimension to allow for a different area of the penis to feel the focal point of the stretch. I know the container allows for the stretch to be distributed but in my limited experience their is definitely more concentration where the penis is pulled down around the container. This way I’m not stretching just one area of a rubber band in particular.

I only have one complaint of this stretch. When I ease into the stretch the skin that is touching the container get pulled uncomfortably. I’ll keep reading to see if others who had this problem came up with a working solution.

Yes, it does. Usually I just lift my penis off the container, stretch straight out, releasing the skin, then stretch back over the container. But the better way is just to put a very tiny bit of lube on the container where your penis makes contact.

Thanks Mem for answer. For now, it is unable to do split full routine, so I do it at once with 5 minutes v-stretch. It works great for flaccid hang. Also Horses at about 70-80% works great- no pain and discomfort and I’ve got good big bun in my pants.
This is great idea to compare this routine as a “scheme” and combine it with Your lifestyle, body responses, etc. to have optimum gains without EQ drop. This is my thoughts about Your routine.

Firegoat, You said that this routine is easy way to toughen the connective tissues. How it is done and why?
Doing 5on/2off days or maybe this amount of fulcrum stretches?

Also, can You tell how many months or maybe years it can take to toughen the tissues to the moment when the gains stop? I know it differs, but I think that increasing gradually the time spending on exercises to do whole regimen could prolong the thoughening process.
Sorry, but I can’t really understand it. Clamping for newbies= quite fast plateau, same for hanging, but this manual-based routine?

Lube on the container is an interesting solution. I never met the problem, being uncut, but it sound like a great way of avoiding spending 20 minutes stretching skin.

As you PE your dick gets more resistant to change. That’s we talk about trying to do as little work as possible to get the gains, ramping up intensity and duration as gains start to drop off. Doing this routine at the start, apart from injury, you are likely to see similar gains to the newbie routine for a lot more work and leave yourself with no route to get more intense as your gains drop off.

Going into this routine too early is probably a very big mistake.

memento I was thinking of doing the stretching part of the routine only, Is there away to progress you would recommend?

3 months- 20 mins or 1 month 20, 2nd 30, 3rd 40. Could you stay at 20 mins for 12 weeks then decon?

This routine is designed to be complementary. I’ve always thought that PE works best when you are stressing your dick in multiple ways with a bit of added Spanish Inquisition. Girth stuff has a lot of lateral force and the stretches a lot of force along the length, by default. These stretches add some lateral force and the girth side, I think, has some length work in it.

Sure take the stretching, ramp it down a bit but I’m not sure whether it will meet your expectations. The only way you’ll find out what works is by experimenting a little and finding the sweet spot between force and gains for you as you are now.
