Yes for sure I roll back the foreskin - would never get much of a grip otherwise. Maybe skin stretching can also be like a burn. Anyway I just re-tried it and think I got a good stretch - certainly can see what you mean by easing into it and getting that bit further.

On another note, I have read all the posts about straight wrists and body position so I understand the principle well, and I do manage to get a straight arm and enough force. I can use a straight wrist but then I end up using the thumb a lot more for holding the glans (and not sure that I can hold that grip as well), and also the glans starts to be pulled outwards away from direction of pull (seems this happens due to the wrist being straight). Am still experimenting but just don’t seem to be getting it right, so continuing with more of a horizontal wrist unfortunately.

Yeah, nice description. Try to actively stretch the skin then you can know for sure when you are.

The problem with a horizontal wrist is that there is a lot of pressure on the wrist joint and the tendons, potentially too much. I don’t think it’s problematic to slightly twist the penis, if that helps.

I’ve been doing PE for about 3 years now and I just started doing this routine a week ago and so far I like it. I Would be insanely happy if I gained 2 inches! Doing the morning and evening session 5 days a week and maybe I’ll throw in 2 jelqing sessions every now and then. I’m hoping for the best!

Would it be a good idea to do some light manual stretches here and there on the 2 days off? Also would warm wrapping for 5-10 minutes on the off days be a good idea?

I doubt it would hurt.

OK I’ll still try the more vertical hold and see if I can get a good enough grip. Was doing some DIY yesterday (chiselling some wood) and noticed my wrists were sore, so definitely need to get a better posture.

One other thing to add for discussion:

What do you think about doing the stretch in reverse - i.e. upwards - but using the same diameter stretching tool? I remember someone saying earlier on in the thread that they thought the bottom side of the penis was harder to stretch than the upper side, but has anyone tried it using Mem’s routine (i.e. with same diameter tool and same schedule)? I’m guessing there is a good rationale why we stretch only over and down, rather than under and up - I’ve just probably missed it. However, I tried the under and up approach today just to see how it felt - used a 63mm plastic pipe that was long enough to fit under the arms of my office chair, which is perfect as I then can pull up and back on the penis without having to keep the pipe in place - felt what I think was quite a stretch.

Would be good to know people’s thoughts.

I’m gonna have to try your Rapid gain idea…. as i’m a hard gainer…i’ve tried like everything for years, i feel like i have a blockage and first i need to clear it within my mind, like somthing is holding me from gaining, like i said i’ve been around here a long time and nothing worked for me.. i still believe that your mind has something to do with this, and can make it happen for you, without too much physical work. I do belive that we can influence our physical being and parts with our subconsious mind. I’m experiencing alot of these things lately, will keep you posted.
