Being a clamper and having read all this valuable scientific information gently provided here, I must say I,m pretty lost. I guess it’s too much for my degree of knowledge about these scientifical issues.

Anyway, based on those scientific facts: what would be the ideal way of clamping?.

I’m doing a just clamping routine inspired by Arosticane’s one with a few modifications. Any suggestion?.

Theory and the practice of pe are two different fields.

For actual clamping I think that it is essential to stay really hard in the clamp - no matter how you achieve this (masturbation, porn, multi-clamp technique).

I think it might be useful to wear some kind of all day clamp = cock ring or like (scuny hair tie is my personal preference) that keeps your dick moderately engorged all day long (and night).

WHAT!!!! After ALL this discussion of loaded vs unloaded, thats what you come up with? Holy crap!

Thats like doing a study on milk, and the effects of milk being good for you, how the calcium is good for you, how the protein is good for you, how it makes cows happy :) , and then the conclusion is don’t drink milk!

I would say that for girth T3, try this experiment that is USING the conclusions we came to. Try the CCs, but try them clamped at about 70%. You can use significant compressive force, ideally forcing the unloaded girth much wider than is normally possible. It makes use of the info here (I believe) and so far I am impressed with it.

Give it about a week and let me know what you think. Now, these don’t seem to be good for length, but for girth is seems to be the application of the conclusions this thread came to.

For length, I think Wantsmore stretches with ADS would be a good application. Actually ANY fulcrum-ed hanging or stretching where the leverage point is systematically moved is a good way to focus the stretch on a unloaded tunica and efficiently SPLAY THE FIBERS followed by ADS between stretching.

Using the IPR concept of charting gains and going into a ADS healing period as soon as gains slow or stop, followed by a decon break should round it off into a very effective approach.

So, it’s better to clamp with a partial erection of 70% than a full erection of 100% in order to achieve better expansion?.

I remember Aristocane reported a gain of 1,5” girth doing 3 sets of 15 minutes of clamping with 2 clamps with full erection, so I assumed that full erection was necessary in order to maximize expansion.

This is based on this thread that a fully loaded tunica CANNOT expanded much at all. SO, by clamping at about 70% (50-70% might be even better) it allows you to compress an UNLOADED tunica longitudinally, which creates a bulge outward, allowing you to stress the fibers or I think “splay” them more effectively.

CCs stand for Chronos Compressions, which is like taking a Chinese finger puzzle and pushing it in on itself.

Push your fingers together, it gets thicker, pull your fingers apart it gets narrower. Chrono has you do it by hand, I like using a clamp…I think its just more effective and easier.

HOWEVER, this is the experiment based on this thread. I am so far convinced this might be effective (hows that for hedging), but give it a try yourself and let us know what you experience.

Do you believe this to be true?

I thought this could be easily disproved by clamping and you have experience clamping don’t you?

Here is one observation I have and a question.

When I pump, even at a very high level, my penis has no problem expanding very straight in the tube. When I clamp, my natural upward curve is accentuated.

Question:
1. What would be the difference?
2. Does this mean I need to stretch my ligaments?
