CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

The fat pads biggest influence on clamping is that you might not be able to get the clamp as far down at the base as possible.

Actually to hold the clamp as low as possible I always use a second clamp which greatly helps in that endeveaour.
I clamp with one clamp as tightly as I want and then I apply the second clamp while holding the first towards the pubic bone.
This creates a tight fit of the clamps towards the pubic bone without much hassleduring the set in regards to maintaining that.
I most the times clamp with the first clamp in a way that it enables me to still kegel some blood in.
The second clamp I then use also as a sort of valve to control blood in and out flow.

Done in the right way the second clamp doesnt create much more tension then one but gives the above added benefits.

Titleist, I meant that maybe having no fat pad allows for the clamp to get lower and therefore allowing more expansion at the base.

Ah I see. That’s quite possible. Though I’m lean I have a one inch fat pad.

I’ve been searching for an All day clamp build, something I can use at work, but I think I should go for an all day extender because some say clamping can stop length gains.

Can I get links for all day clamps and all day extenders. Thanks guys, trust me i tried searching but I can’t find previous threads Ive been in.

“First off, a lot has been learned about these clamps since they have been discovered. Here are a couple things that, hasn’t been mentioned much. The shape of this clamp unique to PE In fact it is perfect. Some have complained in the past that round is better. So the clamp of choice in the past has been the hose clamp or some reasonable facsimile. Problems with the hose clamp are: one, they are hard to get off and on quickly. Two: The penis is NOT round, but kind of triangular, the dorsal side being somewhat broader than the bottom. In fact the partially closed CableClamp is almost exactly the same shape as an erect penis as viewed edge on. Thirdly: when the clamp is tightened all the way, with the screw pointing down, all of the squeezing force is applied to the tougher sides of the tunica. As we all know gripping the sides of the shaft is the only safe way to get a good grip. If the clamp is put on over the mag-wrap (which I highly suggest-minus the magnets- we’ll get to that in a minute) at the base of the shaft so the screw is on the bottom, the clamp will not put any force on the dorsal vein, the dorsal nerve bundle, or the soft spongy tissue underneath that protects the urethra.”

I cannot make out what kind of clamp BG is promoting .. And I want to order a few .. Please help me out

Would a clamping schedule like this “work”, or what would you have changed?

If you starting out this too much.
For starters you start with like one 4 minute set in the clamp and get used how to tighten etc.
Then you up slowly until you get to 3 sets and then you up the time of each set
Goal is to gain as much as possible with the least intensity possible,

Thanks for a quick answer mate! Saw someone write something like , “we all want a bigger dick, not a stronger one” seems similar to your view on penis enlargement.

I believe anyone who starts clamping before they have done at least 18 months of PE will severely limit their long-term potential girth gains. Clamping has to be a last resort for when every more gentle method has given all the gains they can. If you clamp early you just toughen your penis up quickly so it cannot get gains from any gentler method. Get every gain you possibly can over 18 months to 3 years before you clamp. That is the way to maximise gains, rather than limit them.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Pumping comes to mind. And jelqing. Both together.

I’ve sometimes thought we should have a suggested order of girth exercises, but even with jelqing it really depends how much force you use.
