I made the mistake of jumping into clamping early and turned my penis into steel - I couldn’t gain.
I took 6 months off PE and all seemed well for about three weeks, but I started up again far too fast and tissue memory toughened my penis straight back up again.
I took a full year off then started again as if I were a total newbie, slowly coaxing gains, not trying to force them. I so wish I hadn’t pushed the intensity early in my PE career - it cost me three years of gains in real terms.
Thanks for all the great info my friend. I’m at the point to where I can just stop for a year and let myself decondition. However I’m wondering since I moved to girth I’m kinda done with Lenght so do I still have to decondition myself so I can gain girth by other means instead of clamping? If I can continue girth in a non clamping way, what would be the best excercises? Will I not gain girth easy since Ive been clamping?
