I apply the clamp post bathmate and then its easier to clamp towards an errection with kegels.

I’ve been clamping pretty consistently this summer and had some girth increase for the first time in years. I do pump as well, but that’s mostly to help with the red spots. I little bit of edema seems to flush out the skin a bit.

Yes, that’s what I do too now.. and the expansion is crazy when I’m in the clamp after bathmate session.

Good news. What kind of clamp routine have you been doing ?

I mix it up. But I get 2-3 10 minute sets through the day and then pump at night. If I’m up for it ill finish with one more set of clamping. I also wear a cocking most of the time between sets. The idea is to keep up the expansion and heal in the stretched state like w hanging.

Wow. 91 pages took me all week to read! I’m really excited about clamping but I’m not ready to start yet. I’m still making length gains. When I am ready I’ll read this thread again (minus the bullshit) it seems like what was true in the beginning is still true: Warm up. Three sets of ten minutes in the clamp with ten minute breaks in between. Warm down. Heat throughout. Keep the clamp bone pressed. Take it easy, don’t get crazy.

Few weeks ago i saw i post that someone that during the clamping he press the gland, he said, with this method obtain gland gains. But dont find that post, can you help me to find it?

Considering starting a clamping routine after 18 months of manual exercises and some pump usage and some OK gains. I was wondering, with a 3x10 routine, how long do the temp gains last? Don’t want to jump 1/2” overnight the partner might notice and she doesn’t know I PE and would like to keep it that way. So far gains have been nice and gradual over the last year and a half - although there have been some comments over time it’s not suspect.


Starting stats 02/13/2013: BPEL 6-3/4" and EG 4-1/4"

Now: BPEL 7-1/8" MSEG 5-1/2" (permanent gains)

Think she’d be angry if she found out?

Just ease into it. Its anyway the best bet to take for many reasons.
It minimizes discoloration and injury risks.
Start with 5 minutes one set and increase time weekly or daily until you have 10 minutes then add sets.

With a intense 3x10 you could get 0,5 increase that holds until next day(loosing it gradually).

Would that eventually be permanent, or continue to be temporary?

After repeated exercise it might get permanent.

For some reason I found that clamping gains took longer to cement than pumping gains. If you see an increase stick with what you’re doing until you see increase after a week of no PE.
