I am curious about this lot theory. I have read the ideas and assumptions of a lot guys yet I still seem somewhat confused. I understand once you are finding your lot you have to do continues kegals. I can tell the difference in the “pullback” from 12 through six, but which directions should I do my stretching and jelqs in. At 12 then kegals it is very tight ,right around 9 its starts to loosen up. Once I hit 8 to 7 its really loose almost no tugback. What does this mean for me? What should I focus on as far as directions and so fourth. Thankyou.

Two important things to keep in mind about lot theory. First off it specifically applies to hanging, not PE in general. Second is that it is a theory, and one that many don’t buy into.

Well I was going to incorporate my PE sessions with hanging. Although I don’t like the amount of time it takes to complete. I may consider using my extender and go in the same direction as I would if I hung. I unfortunately am trying everything I can BC I haven’t seen results in my routines so far.

I’ve been doing my stretching upwards (my LOT is at 6 or so) and don’t feel ligs soreness afterwards. But my jelqs are straight out and they do make me feel a bit of soreness in the base of the penis.
Maybe I should add some straight out stretching as well.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Well I’ve been doing PE on and off for about two years now. It isn’t untill now that I am serious about it. I bought a extender but have trouble using out for the amount of time they are specified to use. My routine is 3 days on one off,5 minute warmup, stretches in all directions for ten minutes, 300 trip to thee second jelqs, base holds or clamping give top ten times for thirty seconds each, warm down and thats it. I just don’t know if I am doing to much or to little. Just not sure if I should add things our subtract things from my routine.

I would say that you need more than 2 months before you decide that it isn’t working for you. You are falling into a common trap for “new” guys. Rather than actually doing the newbie routine you customize it based on ???
