More on measuring...

Hi guys. I have been PEing for 1 month now(no gains yet i don’t think)…my main concern is measuring. I realize consisteny is the only real hurdle to get over with measuring, but I’m afraid my consisteny is always off-*so maybe I have gained and I don’t know it*. Could someone please give me a detailed walk-through of how to measure the RIghT way…or at least help me become consitent enough to get accurate measurements.

Calipers. Sweet.

Why don’t you use calipers for cross section diameter measurements on the X & Y axis? That wouldn’t be exactly the same as a circumference, but I can see how it might provide MORE information over time.

Actually I do that goonbaby…I measure the width and record that with the calipers…when you say Y axis you basically mean length right? I just don’t know exactly where to start(from the bottom) with length.

No, length would be the Z axis.

Bone. You press the ruler into the pubic bone. That’s why there’s a measurement called “bone pressed.” Probably not that easy to do with calipers. You mean you haven’t been able to find any articles or posts on this subject?
