I found Thunder’s because I have been insecure about my penis ever since I was about 15 years old. It is the main reason I didn’t lose my virginity until I was 19 years old. It has given me terrible anxiety before, during. And after sex. I am now 23 years old. I started PE doing the newbie routine for about 2 months. My starting stats are 5.625” NBPEL and 5” EG. Since starting PE, I have not gained a mm in either length or girth. Kinda disappointing but I’m not going to give up. Hello everyone

What a fantastic site. Most members are so candid on here. For the first time, I’ve discovered that I’m living the same secret life, the way of the small penis, as many others. I’ve only been a member for a day or two, and I’m still finding my way around, but I’m really impressed with what I’ve seen so far. I’ve had some humiliating experiences with my penis and this site is REAL counselling. Believe me, I’ve been to so-called counsellors before and had to listen to all their “penis-size-is-cultural” bollox.

Like other guys on here, I too suffer from self-consciousness when it comes to my penis. I’ve found that even little things, like being too sensitive to the inquisitive stares of the “bulge-watchers”, can cause havoc in the mind of a small guy. One of the things I liked about my former short and erratic attempt at PE (I dabbled with jelqing for a few months) was the fact that, if I jelqed before work, my penis would hang lower in my trousers, thus eliminating the fear that everyone could see my shriveled little horizontal acorn trying to pop out through my zip!

Hopefully, now that I’ve found this site, I’ll stick to a routine and make proper gains like many of the other guys on here. I’ve analysed the PE data spreadsheet in MS-Access and picked out some guys who started similar in stature to me but who’ve made good gains in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve had a look at some of their routines and I’ve also read some of the stuff on Bib’s LOT theory. So, I’m still in the process of formulating my approach, although I’ll probably start with the beginner routine and develop from there as I learn more.

My beginning stats are: BPEL = 5.5” (FL = 3”), EG = 5” (FG = 4”), LOT is just below 9o’clock, and my erection is probably between 10 and 11. I suppose a valid goal would be “Miss Visualiser’s Mr Perfect” (BPEL = 7”, EG = 5.7”) but if I can make BPEL 6.5” and EG 5.5” then I won’t be disappointed.

Any helpful suggestions are more than welcome!

I’m a married 30 something and am keen to develop something my wife will really look forward too, rather than passively enjoy. Starting at BPEL 7” with MEG 5.5” (if I really tense my kegels, so probably more like 5.3”). Am going for 8x6, just like everyone else. Did my first session today. Newbie routine but I’m easing into it at 50%, increasing to full newbie over 6 weeks.

Welcome I don’t really want to create a new debate but it seems that the average according to some members and some statistics is around 5.5 nbp and 5 EG or something.

I have always assumed that the common 6 in average is nbp so I guess you have the same idea, but don’t worry you are pretty young and have a lot of room for some great gains. I was around your size when starting out, although smaller girth but I have been struggling to increase my size. I still look and feel myself as small, but what keeps me going is knowing that you can increase you size and that some members around our size have arrived at the dream 8X6 size, so good luck.

And don’t worry that much 2 months is not that long, just stick to it.

Ya these spots on Thunders are a hot commodity. I’ve been trying to join since the end of 2007 ahah. I figured they would never open spots up so I didn’t come back till October of 2008, still no spots open but I just read. The thing that bugged me most was not being able to link to other threads and open pics! So when the spots opened I joined as fast as possible. I wonder how many men are out there doing PE when you see how many members are here. Although I bet a lot are inactive.

New kid on the block. Hungly-studly here are a whopping BPEL 6.5 x EG 4.5.. Not bad for a chipmunk. A strapping lad at 6’2” (boo-hoo-hoo) mit ze Deringer as opposed to a 44 magnum.

So, a question? What EQ? I look here I look there and no definition can be found. I’m guessing gots to do with how woody is a woody. Close?

Been peeking around the website and got me thinking. Me thinks as a group we could do probably something different. Collate data in a manner not done thus far (At least not found by moi. It may be there, it’s just I haven’t found it). So, here’s some thoughts on parameters:

1. Age;
2. Effort;
3. Time; and
4. Change (results or outcome from ground zero, or dick-O, or PE-day, or PE-day-1)

If we had say 100 of us tab in data using these affirmation’s parameters we will be able to define 3 performance groups- top 3rd (growers) middle 3rd and bottom 3rd. We can from that info divine the do’s and the don’ts - both equally valuable - kind of get a better handle on what, how and why. And when of course.

As for me I’m 54 and shagged my fare share of babes thus far and let me tell ya there’s plenty shagging left in me still. Plus I got some serious catching up to do. I’ve been pumping iron most of my adult life. In the beginning it took a long time to develop. I used the same routine for three years and exercised every day. I hit a plateau and I stayed there for the entire time.

Later I changed my routine, worked out less, every other day, but shocked the bod each and every time I hit the gym. The results were phenomenal. That was my fifth year. That year after only the first 8 months, I looked better and fitter then the previous 60 months of training combined.

Wonder if the pee pee falls into that behavioural thing too. On the first glance, think so. Hope so. I got teenagers in the abode. Walking around with a boxy crotch area would be kind of awkward to say the least.

Here goes. Maybe I can realize such wondrous imaginings.

I started doing PE towards the end of my senior year in high school but had to stop when I left for college. I joined a pay site and followed the routine they gave and in about 5 months I had gained a 1/4 inch of girth and a whole inch in length. Now that I’m out of school and have time to dedicate to PE I want to make this a part of my life once again. I’ve been currently doing PE for about 2 months and have gained back all that I lost when I stopped for 4 years. My BPEL is 7.25” and my EG is a little better than 5”. I’m not going to say I want to achieve a certain size, I’ll just take what I get, but if I had to choose 8.5” x 6” would be just about ideal.

I’ve always been kinda insecure about my penis size. I was BPEL 5.5 and somewhere around EG 3.5. Nothing really spectacular, but I hadn’t really heard any complaints. However, I’m even more concerned now with my current girlfriend. Everything was fine the sex was great, but a few months ago we were talking after sex and she apologized for being so loose. She told me both her two last and only boyfriends and both been between 8-9” She’s told me many times she likes sex with me (apparently I know how to hit her g-spot and they didn’t”) but when I ask if it’s better or worse, she says it’s different. Now I know I’m probably getting paranoid, but I don’t like different, different just felt wrong. So after years of insecurities I’m trying to do something about it, hopefully spicing up this relationship and future ones. Quick hint; hover your cursor over any abbreviations you don’t know and most of them magically explain themselves.

Well, introductions all around. I just joined and I have had the same issues growing up as most of you did. Although like dyablo said, some of you are STARTING at where I want to end up! Just goes to show you I guess. My BPEL is 5.5” with EG at 5.0” at base at 4.5” at mid shaft. I would be thoroughly happy at 7.0” and even if I stay at 5.0 EG, I don’t care.

Like someone mentioned earlier, I am especially unhappy with my flaccid length (or lack there of). I take off my shorts at the gym after a workout and it is total humiliation! My member seems to want to feel safe within my body to avoid being jostled around during exercise, chicken shit! It is something to see these guys who have just run miles and miles strip down and have these danglers. I don’t have a flaccid measurement because I have not seen if guys simply measure what is there or pull it as far as you can and measure. If is the former, then that is just going to depend on the time of day. After a rigorous workout, that flaccid measurement would be a -2”. A nice bulge in the pair of jeans would be nice as well. A certain amount of that has to do with the fact that I have no ass at all, but that is another subject.

Anyway, I am glad that I am here and I have learned quite a bit. I really do believe that this can work. I am a bit concerned about the guys that seem to lose their gains when they stop. I am not planning on jelqing when I am retired even though I will have more time for it. How come it appears that it is permanent with some and not others?
