Ill start out:

I’ve been doing PE for a little over 2 months now and my starting stats were 7.125” BPEL and 4.5” MSEG. I am now at 7.5” BPEL and 5” BEG and 4.75” MSEG. I wouldn’t say I have an ultimate goal right now, but I would love to reach 7.5” x 5.5”. I guess ultimately an 8” x 6” would be awesome but a 1.5” girth increase seems a little hard to obtain. While I do not like my current EG I feel a little blessed with my length and thus I can focus entirely on girth.

My secondary goal is to increase EQ and stamina. I want that penis sticks at a slight upward angle without holding a really hard kegel. Is that possible?

So lets get this party started all you really new members!

I started doing PE Dec07/Jan08. My starting size was NBP 6.8x6 and my EQ was pretty crappy.

I began doing PE to improve my EQ and to increase my size to NBP 8.25x6.5, so far I’m NBP 7.5x6.125 so I haven’t got too far to go but I’ll have to see how long it takes for me to get there.

I’ve done some Jelqing exercises throughout my early 20’s mainly to keep my sanity, I can only guess that my gains from doing this we’re < 1/2 inch in either direction. I guess I was holding back due to lack of direction. I also use nitrates regularly and do clamping like exercises with my hands in conjunction with that. My girlfriend and I have noticed some results. So I’m really looking forward to starting my routine.

Maximize - When did you get serious about PE and what were your starting stats? Seems like you have been doing it for a while if you are up to clamping.

I’m about to get serious about PE - I just got to join. I can only guess my starting stats to be 6.5 x 4.5 ?? I guess that’s me putting faith in PE to say that. But I am very confident I have had girth gains from my poor attempts to figure it all out on my own.

I was told about jelqing by a friend of mine. So I read a description of how to do it (no pics, nada, nothing) a long time ago. I actually came up with an interesting version of the exercise that seems to work well. I also did stretching but learned now from all this info that I could have and should have been doing it a lot more, and in different directions. I was afraid of ruining my dick’s ability to stand up on it’s own if I stretched it any other way. Now, I don’t really care if it has that effect.

I was interested in clamping because I never thought of it.. But I’ll do as I’m told.

But the idea of Home Depoting your dick is pretty cool. :-K

My stats are NBPEL 6.5”, BPEL 7” (maybe a hair over), EG 5.25. I wish to get as big as I possibly can. If I am one of the freaks who can actually reach 9NBPEL and 6.5EG, I will probably drop back to maintenance, but until then, I want to get as big as possible, even if that means 1/2 over 2 years, this is my experiment. I will work my way up, but I plan on dedicating a lot of time towards this new hobby.

Damn , it seems you guys are starting big/huge already but good luck to all of you. We smaller guys have a lot of catching up to do ;)

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I took my first measurement on November 21st, and started at BPEL 6.3” and MSEG 4.9”.

My last measurement was on December 21st, and I was at BPEL 6.5” and MSEG 5”.

I’m due up for another measurement on the 21st of January, and I’ve noticed a little increase just by touch and sight.

I’m not new to the forum, but it’s the first time in.years that I have decided to take PE seriously, just started three days ago on the newbie routine and figure I might as well post somewhere.

My stats are BPEL 6” MSEG 4.75”. Not great, but I’m confident about my success, that’s half the battle I hear and I don’t plan to lose it.

Guys. I think it might be worth mentioning, to enter your statistics in the PE statistics thread (Check ‘quick links’ in the buttons at the top right hand corner.)

There, they will be preserved for eternity and you can keep a record of your performance -er PE wise :)

I’m very new to PE and started reading up on it beginning of Dec 2008. I officially started doing the newbie routine over on PE forum on the 11th Dec but have had to start stop once or twice because of injury & the xmas madness (staying over with family or vice versa)

I haven’t done an official measurement yet but I know my erect length,as I have a ruler, and it’s 6.75 BPEL & my girth will probably be around 5.4 BPEL but like I said this is not official & until I get a proper measuring tape this week it’s just guesswork.

I’m trying to get to the 8x6 mark by the end of 2009 and ultimately 10x7 but that is the ultimate dream goal & wether it’s obtainable or not is a different matter! But I’m confident that with hard work I can reach the 8x6 level & have EQ & stamina on par with a porn star :)

Since I’ve started on the 11Dec 2008,my gf has already noticed a difference in how I feel inside her & I’ve also noticed a gain in my flacid size & I also very rarely turtle anymore.Before I started that was my main problem.My flacid size was embarrasing,really embarrasing but my erect size wasn’t.So that’s where PE comes in for me that’s what I really want to do away with and the rest is almost just a bonus along the way.

To all the other guys on here still on their way to reaching their goals & dreams,I wish you the very best of luck and just keep going,never give up because with the right attitude ANYTHING is achievable (except a cock like John Holmes of course)

Erm,slight adjustment to my post above..

I decided to do a makeshift girth test using tissue paper,wrapped around the shaft & where the tips meet,mark it & then measure the distance between the tip of the paper & that mark. I’ve read about it somewhere on a PE forum but paid no atention to it until now.

According to that measurement I have 6.75” girth!!


Now,I’ve always known I was above average with girth & to a lesser extent length, but not by that much!!
I was aiming to get a 8x6 by the end of 2009 but I guess I’ll have to readjust the goal posts a little and go for an 8x7.
To say I’m chuffed is an understatement & my PE workout today has been extremely succesful because I’ve become so motivated with that encouraging development but, it’s early days still so I’ll just have to take it all in my stride.

Anyways,I just thought I’d share that with everyone because it’s definitely something to share on this forum & let’s hope I can achieve a length to match my girth over time :)

Btw-if this helps anyone at all.In the 3 weeks that I’ve been doing PE my routine has consisted of :-

Warm up with hot cloth-10mins
Manual stretches-5mins approx
Wet Jelqs-150 reps (10 mins approx)
V-Jelqs-90 reps (6 mins approx)
Warm up with hot cloth-10mins
Cold shower-5 mins

I’ve added kegels during the day (maybe 2-300)
And ballooning every other day or so for maybe 20-30mins each time.

I got this routine from another PE site & will follow it for 90 days afterwhich I hope my penis is conditioned enough for some of the more advanced routines on here.I won’t be hanging or using devices just manual PE with the hands. I’ll have to start a proper progress log this week to show my journey with PE.Something I intend to incorporate in my life until the day I die because the benefits I’ve experienced in just 3 weeks is mindblowing to say the least!!

I got here at thunder because I was very insecure about my penis size and because I could not perform in bed with my new girlfriend. EP at 21 years is not recommended (which is odd since I have had 3 years of active sex life before without any problems)

Coming here I found out that my current size was actually above average, so that helped a lot.

Luckily the problems were mental and not physical but to gain confidence I started PE. In the last 3 months I read a lot of topics here and started to do jelqs. After a while I also started with V jelq-stretches, kegels and manual stretching. And yesterday I built my first vacu-hanger! I

Since those three months I gained about 0,4 inches in length and some in girth. My flaccid has increased about 0,75 inches!! :P And most important of all my EQ has increased dramatically. My girlfriend suspects I had a erection-switch built somewhere which I can flip at any time :p

My goals are grow to and maintain 8+ inch BPEL and strengthen my EQ.

22 years. BPEL 7.4 inches. Girth: 6.3 inches. Goal: Becoming a tripod!

My other hobby and project:

Always been a little insecure and wondered if PE was possible. The same old first girlfriend was extremely tight to the point that sex was very difficult. I still remember the day she said “I can’t understand’s not like you’re big. I saw so-and-so’s penis at a party and his soft penis was as big as your erection”. That was 18 years ago and I still recall it. However, unless Thunders is a gigantic conspiracy and hoax, I must say I am very encouraged. Just started the newbie routine last week and also built the aquarium cleaner pump. I am doing 2 days on and 1 day off. I feel like I can see a difference already! Starting size is BPEL 6.7, Girth 5.5. I am using a rice sock for warm up and warm down and am very happy with it. Goal is 7.75-8 BPEL and 6 for girth. No rush. I am a happily married 30-something, but have always wanted to hear my wife gasp as I enter. I think it does a lot for confidence. I’m in no rush and definitely do not want to injure myself.

KoolJohn - I was gonna tell you that your girth is probably a little bigger than what it feels like, but a 6.75” is just rediculous congratulations.

To the sub 5” girth men - I feel for ya guys, I’m at 4.75” and I can’t wait for that feeling to hold a 5.5” let alone something like a 6.5”
