I started PE about 5 years ago but have not been consistent with it. Starting stats were about 6 inches EL and 4.5 inches EG. I was making good gains a couple of months ago but after starting a new job I didn’t dedicate so much time to it. Hopefully I didn’t lose too much, but I’m trying to get back into the routine of it again.

My username pretty much sums up my attitude about PE

If I could get back to the EQ of my teenage years (when I wasn’t having sex incidentally) I would be more than satisfied. If I pickup some length and/or girth in the process, even better.

I’m new to the site, but heard about PE around 2 years ago. Didn’t really think it would work, but after reading a lot of progress journals with actual people making gains, my pessimism subsided. I have only started taking PE seriously, been on it for around 2 months and already have felt my dick is wider and longer. I’m not really one for measurements but I believe I started at around 6.2inches but haven’t since measured but I know it feels, hangs and looks bigger in general.

Only real problem I’m having is increasing length so if anyone has any ideas or pointers, go ahead and shoot. It’s still early days and I’m in it for the long haul. You will be seeing Ace for many years to come. So now my PE brothers get to work and make big daddy that little bit bigger.

I’ve been trying to join for about a month. I’ve tried PE a few years ago with some mild success. I had some mild girth gains but never cemented, no length gains, but EQ improved and ejaculation control as well.

Trying again, but with my random life, so will my PE routine be. I’m figuring on stretches 4-6 times daily (morning, evening, and when I go to the restroom), 30 sec. Hold ea. Down, up, left, right, straight out.

Kegels daily when I’m in the car 30 or so min twice a day back and forth to work. Jelq 3-4 times a week, about 10-15 min ea.

The first time the guy I got the info from had a very serious gruelling routine. It was tiring and took about an hour an a half each day.I just don’t have that. With the info I might glean from here, I figure I can start slow, break up the exercise routine throughout the day, see what works, and hope (pray) for the best.

I’m starting at the epitome of average size, about 5.5 EL x 5 EG. When I get some actual measurements, I’ll probably do like many of you here do and post a sig line with starting, progress, and goal measurements.

I’ll probably measure once a month to check progress. More or less depending on if change is clearly noticed or not.

Speaking of which, the last time I had told my wife what I was doing and she definitely noticed more stamina, but she also said it felt different. This could have been from the small girth gain, or more likely the better EQ. It may have also contributed, that because she knew, she was expecting and looking for something to be different (psychological) or both.

This time, however I’m not saying a word, and I’m more determined to stick with it for at least a year ( as opposed to a couple months like last time). So we’ll see how long (HEY PUN) it takes for her to notice.

I have been lurking around on this site for a few months now, finally got the opportunity to join. I don’t have a good reason to do PE except for the fact that I am always wanting to improve things.that and I am now jobless with too much time on my hands. Anyway I’m starting at nbpl of 6.75 and EG of 4.5. My goal is 7.5 X 5.5. We shall see if this stuff works as I am completely committed.

Just signed up, got lucky as registration opened up the day after I first tried to sign up. I already got them rock hard erections and just trying to get bigger

Hello again, I popped my cherry in the other thread. I’ve started up the PE routine again ,with a far shorter and more intense workout, plus more recovery time. We’ll see how it goes.

We should seriously like have a name, even if it’s just the “Class of ‘09”. Good luck everyone! We seriously need to have a “Class of ‘09” progress thread or something, to motivate those of us who will inevitably start slacking off in a month or two or three. Help you push each other and motivate each other when some of us make gains.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

Maybe we should get our own forum space or something. “Class of 2009’ folder. It’d be pretty cool. I bet half of us will go inactive anyway, so it’ll be a small crowd.

Of the 3000+ members who joined in ‘09 I reckon it would be very lucky if 100 of those posted regularly. Look at the other 105,000 members. I don’t know actual figures but I’d say maybe 1000-1200 are regulars. All the others just wanna look at dick pics :lurk:

You’d think the dick-hungry people would go to something like redtube or xtube for their wang fix. Our image gallery here is not gigantic, unlike some of the things posted in there.

3000 though? I guess a lot of people were craving the open membership. It would be cool if the 100 or so who last out of the 2009 people would get their own little spot.
