I’ve been trying to join for about a month. I’ve tried PE a few years ago with some mild success. I had some mild girth gains but never cemented, no length gains, but EQ improved and ejaculation control as well.
Trying again, but with my random life, so will my PE routine be. I’m figuring on stretches 4-6 times daily (morning, evening, and when I go to the restroom), 30 sec. Hold ea. Down, up, left, right, straight out.
Kegels daily when I’m in the car 30 or so min twice a day back and forth to work. Jelq 3-4 times a week, about 10-15 min ea.
The first time the guy I got the info from had a very serious gruelling routine. It was tiring and took about an hour an a half each day.I just don’t have that. With the info I might glean from here, I figure I can start slow, break up the exercise routine throughout the day, see what works, and hope (pray) for the best.
I’m starting at the epitome of average size, about 5.5 EL x 5 EG. When I get some actual measurements, I’ll probably do like many of you here do and post a sig line with starting, progress, and goal measurements.
I’ll probably measure once a month to check progress. More or less depending on if change is clearly noticed or not.
Speaking of which, the last time I had told my wife what I was doing and she definitely noticed more stamina, but she also said it felt different. This could have been from the small girth gain, or more likely the better EQ. It may have also contributed, that because she knew, she was expecting and looking for something to be different (psychological) or both.
This time, however I’m not saying a word, and I’m more determined to stick with it for at least a year ( as opposed to a couple months like last time). So we’ll see how long (HEY PUN) it takes for her to notice.
