I’ve been reading off and on for a few months. I lucked out to click the “register” button at the right time. My story seems to be the same as just about everyone else. I’ve been wanting some sort of PE for several years, but the conflicting info and the dogma that there’s nothing you can do about size has kept me inconsistent on exercising.

This seems like a great community of very supportive people with a lot of good info. I’m not sure how often I’ll post, but I’ll definitely be around.

About me.

I am 24, 5’5” and 147lbs. I usually measure with a tailor measuring tape and get measurements of roughly 7.5”. I’ve gotten 8 inches BPEL method. My penis is curved to the left and downward. The girth is about 5.25” at it’s widest point, and this is what I want to work on most. I would not mind reaching about 8.5” or perhaps 9” however. The goal for me in terms of girth is 6”

I’ve known about jelqing perhaps since I was 18 years old but I’ve never kept up any formal routine lasting more than 2 weeks, so I think this is pretty much my natural size. I’d like to do things the gradual and natural way, without the help of any apparatus like weights or pumps. Will take a proper measurement soon and start a log to track my progress with pics included. I plan to formalize a routine and stick to it until I reach my goal.

As of 1/1/2009 - 6.25" BPEL // 5.0" EG

I am currently 6.75” in length and 4.75” in girth. I had read about PE (mainly stretching and jelqing) years ago, but I never made a serious effort to do it regularly.

I have always felt my dick was a little on the skinny side, so I definitely want to improve upon that. My current long-term goal is 7.5” in length and 5.5” in girth. I am still ironing out my routine to fit my time and privacy constraints, but I definitely look forward to using Thunder’s Place as a source of motivation and knowledge.

Correction I measured PROPERLY today and it is EL 7”-BPEL 7.25” (I’m a runner so I hardly have any fat) - EG 5”

Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

I’ve experimented with PE on occasion over the last 5 years or so and made some small gains - nothing measureable, just appearance and feel. Knowing my body, and having browsed this and other sites, I’m sure I can make some gains. My problem so far, as with everything in my life, is getting started with a disciplined routine.

I recently pulled my finger out and joined a gym. In the wake of that, and generally feeling positive and motivated about physical improvement, I started thinking about taking PE seriously. I guess I just got lucky in as much having the motivation for starting PE at the same time as there were places open for registering on this site. Hopefully now that I’m here and posting I’ll be able to commit to PE and see it through.

Wow, every word of what panbc said in the above post applies to me as well. In addition to the fact that I find myself with 2 years worth of extra spare time that I haven’t had in the last 8.5 years of my relationship, so I’m using that time to good advantage :)

Good Afternoon Fellow PE’ers!

Just thought I would stop here and give you all some information about myself! I am a 24 year old male who was bored one day and stumbled upon this site. I have read a few things in the past about penis size and one thing that caught my attention was the “Toilet Paper Roll” trick; Basically the trick is that a toilet paper roll is 5.5 inches in girth. Or slightly less.

I will get to my point, about a year ago I had given myself an erection, and placed the toilet paper roll over the erection. It slide over it like a glove. Well once I started Reading these forums it sparked the idea in my head about the toilet paper roll. So I grabbed another and gave it another shot. I couldn’t even get halfway into the thing! That is when I decided “If I am still growing for whatever reason.. I might as well work on making every second count!”

My current routine is interesting.. To say the least.

5 Minutes Warm Up - Dry Towel in Microwave for 30 seconds.
5 45 Second stretches. Down, Left, Right, Up, and Straight.
(While stretching I do quick kegels here and there. Possible 50 or so over that stretching time. )
30-40 3-4 second Dry Jelqs
( I perform a kegel right before I start the next Jelq )
2 2.5 Minute BTC stretches - One in each direction.
Another 5 Minute warm up session.
30-40 Dry Jelqs w/ Kegels again.
5 45 Second stretches. Down, Left, Right, Up, and Straight.
One last set of 30-40 Dry Jelqs w/ Kegels again.
One last warm towel for cooldown. And yes.. I kegel during cooldown often enough.

This is what I just started 4 days ago. And honestly I feel a lot better about myself. My starting stats I feel have increased SLIGHTLY, it is more than likely the swollen feeling ( the good swollen not the bad swollen ) that makes it so great!

I kegel whenever I am bored, which is frequent, and I am looking to incorporate pumping into my routine, I just purchased a Pro-Xzek Supreme Vacuum Pump Kit, goes for around $100 but I got some nice coupon codes and stuff and ended up paying $39. I plan on using it for 5 minutes a session and breaking my routine down into 3 sessions per day. Obviously low pressure.

I am just honestly really excited to start doing this and since I have a great problem getting addicted extremely easily to things I don’t see this being a quick start and end! Well, I will stop taking up your time. Thanks for reading!

I have visited this site for a long time and never thought of joining. I even donated some money because I was so happy with it. When the sign ups started I was glad to join and be an active member of this community. I became interested in PE because I am 6 foot 5, very athletic body and women expect some huge penis from a person with my description. It became really depressing when I would take women home who had their “huge cock experience” in mind, and I failed right out of the gate. That and I am really lacking girth, something I really need.

I’ve been doing PE for a little over 2 months now and my starting stats were 7.125” BPEL and 4.5” MSEG. I am now at 7.5” BPEL and 5” BEG and 4.75” MSEG. I wouldn’t say I have an ultimate goal right now, but I would love to reach 7.5” x 5.5”. I guess ultimately an 8” x 6” would be awesome but a 1.5” girth increase seems a little hard to obtain. While I do not like my current EG I feel a little blessed with my length and thus I can focus entirely on girth.

I will start doing PE tomorrow. Right now I’m at 14-15 cm (5.6-6”) in length and 12.5 cm (5”) in girth.
My goal is to reach 16-17 cm (6.4-6.8”) in length and 13.5-14 cm (5.4-5.6”) in girth.
I plan on doing only manual stretches, jelqs and jelq squeezes with warm cloth before and after, of course.

I’ve been doing kegels since April 2008 and the effects are amazing.
I used to be borderline premature ejaculator, I could last 5-10 minutes with rather slow pace.
Now I can last between 15 and 50 minutes, depending on the pace.
In case of 15 minutes, the pace is very fast and very energetic all the time.
My erections got even harder than they were and I can shoot my load over 1 metre (3.3 feet) in distance easy, record being about 2 metres (6.6 feet).
I have sex with my girlfriend 2-4 times in period of few hours and there’s always quite a bit of sperm, I’m especially proud of that.

Although she swears she loves my dick the way it is and thinks it’s perfect in size, even saying she doesn’t like bigger ones, I think she won’t mind a bit in length and especially girth.
I’m not one of those aiming for 8”x6”, I think that’s too much. Unless you want to become a porn star.

OK, so here’s my story. 55 y.o. Semi-retired. Single, gay and happy. I found Thunder’s while browsing in relation to my other ‘sculpting’ project, foreskin restoration. I registered last week and have been browsing the forum threads for the last few days. I’m not particularly concerned with either proportions or size of my penis, but, hey, why make do with the standard model if I can afford the deluxe? My experience with foreskin restoration, which I’ve been doing for quite a while now, has given me a familiarity with the concept of tissue expansion through repairs of micro-tearing. So, the methods proposed here seem to me to have validity.

At this stage, I don’t have a camera, just an old web-cam which won’t work on my current desktop machine, so pics will have to wait.

My starting stats: (12 Jan 09) BPFSL: 6”, EG: 5.5”
Initial Goal: BPFSL: 6.5”

Proposed routine: Newbie Routine 4 days/week (Mon,Tue Thu,Fri).

First off I have to say thank you so much for having a site like this. My story is simple, I’m a 20 year old college student, and for the last few months been working-out at an insane level, however, I’d like to improve in other areas of my body as well. All the improvements of my body are going toward my current girlfriend, and since she’s a lot more experienced then I am in bed, this is my way of picking up the lack of experience.

Current Measurements: 6”x4.9”

My final goal is unclear, I’ll just have to see the results I have 6 months down the road and review the growth and improvements from that point.
