Hello. THunder’s page was actually the first forum that I became aware of, however I wasn’t able to become a member. I found it through goggling penis enlargement. My starting measurements were 5.75”NBPEL and 6”EG; I’ve been PEing since May of 08, with help since 8/08. I’m a fan of Big Al, John pop, King pole and Remek and coming to greatly revere the opinions of Dustpan.

Since I’ve started I’ve seen some good results and I have a tendency to over do it.

My PE routine consists of hanging, jelqing, semi erect bends, pee stretches and edging/ballooning. I do this routine 5 days on 2 days off but have been inconsistent over the holidays.

Just recently stumbled upon this site. It is all a little hard to believe but I am going to give it a go anyway.

Hopefully, I will be yet another success story.

I was one of those early Internet suckers back in 1998 who paid his $35 for the secret to PE on some website I cannot even remember. I received a 3 page instruction document that pretty much looks just like the average newbie routine today with basic stretches and jelqing. I spent a few weeks trying out those instructions and got frustrated and quit. Well here I am 10 years later and for the last few years I’ve been on a self improvement kick. I’ve been more active physically and dropped from 255 pounds down to about 200. I’ve decided to do even more in 2009, so when I set up my goals for the year, I decided to add PE onto my list. After a few quick Google searches, I found this forum. I read the success stories and the trail and error improvements by guys who have practiced PE long term. That $35 I paid for the document 10 years ago provided some very good info, but it lacked what these forums lacked - real shared experiences. So I decided to commit to PE this time around just like I had for my other goals I achieved.

In fact I was so anxious to get started, I actually did some experimenting with the newbie stuff in early December. After about a week of trying out different stretches and some lighter jelqing to condition my johnson, I was ready to begin a routine. So when I started on December 16, I had BPFSL of 6.0, BPEL of 5.75 and MSEG of 5.0. What I did a lot differently this time around was to increase the intensity after that first week spent experimenting and conditioning. I gave up 10 years ago because I thought it was another scam. But this time I knew from reading this forum, that I was only just beginning. It wasn’t easy to do my routine every day with the holidays, overall I’ve been on 5 days and off 2 days each week. Which is about right from all I’ve read. I was rewarded and very happy when I measured on January 6 with BPFSL of 6.375, BPEL of 6.0 and MS EG of 5.125. Gains all around! I know these are referred to as the newbie gains and it won’t always come so quick. But I’m in this for the long haul and I expect slow improvement.

What are my goals? I hope by this summer to be at 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 MS EG. I plan on just sticking to stretches and jelqing until the gains stop. I’ve already started to increase the intensity of my stretching by adding sock stretches in the last few days. I noticed my ligs weren’t as sore over the last week and the sock hit those fairly good now. I’m mainly focused on gaining lots length right now and will look at girth later once I get to my final goal of 7.0 BPEL.

I don’t know about youz guyz but what other dudes think of my pistolero, well that’s really not an issue with me, what’s so ever. Just checking in as the thread request, I have been investigating PE for about 1 year now. I have done some hanging and manual stretching and even some clamping, I haven’t gotten to serious yet but do plan to, I have noticed that through clamping my dick does seem to be heavier (could be mental). I have no starting stats, I just know I’m on the smaller side of average, maybe 5-5.5 EL. I will start a regular routine shortly and post stats before and if brave enough some pics.

Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

Thank god (Thor seeing as this is Thunders) new people can register! I’ve been trying to for a few months now.

I’m here as I’ve had insecurities from an extremely young age resulting in everything from ED, Premature Ejaculation, depression to turning down blow jobs from ludicrously perfect girls.

Even after countless reads of studies/surveys revealing that I’m really just normal.. Never really get past it for more than the three minutes after my girlfriend assures me “you’re fine!”.

Gonna see if I can make myself a little more proud of myself by adding a little more of myself to myself.

I’ve been reading here for the past few months. Been PEing since the beginning of October doing the newbie routine. I’ve gained 3/8” in length and started at 7.125 BPEL and now at 7.5. My girth has shown a slight increase about an 1/8”. I started out at 6.125 BEG and 5.75 just below the head. I’m at 6.375 BEG now but still 5.75 below the head. So the 1/8” gain is what I’m calling as an average of the 2 measurements.

I’m 45 y.o. And have also noticed an increase in erection quality. My first goal is to be able to measure an easy 7 inches NBPEL, right now I’m about a 1/4 inch short.

Long term goal is to hit 8” NBPEL and take what ever girth gains come with it, since I have pretty good girth to start with not too worried about it too much.

I plan on sticking with this routine for a bit longer then maybe add in a few new exercises.


10 min warm-up with heating pad
3 - 4 sets of stretches for 45 sec in all directions
4 sets of O bend in all directions doing 20 kegels in each hold
60 - 70 resistance kegels
3 set of 100 each wet jelqs.

Hi all. I have already posted a greeting to introduce myself, but will jump in this thread as well.

I am one of the ‘class of 09’ and am new to PE as I found this forum only a few days ago. I am 55, and have always been very self-conscious about the size of my unit, especially when flaccid. Until now, I had always thought there was nothing that I could do about it, so tried to make the best use of what I had.

Additionally, I have had some medical problems over the last few years and have noticed a lessening in my ability to perform. I seem to ejaculate nearly immediately and EQ has definitely declined. This probably has to do with the drugs I have had to start taking as well as the physical toll on my body that the procedures have taken.

I’ve been married nearly 25 years and while my dear wife has never complained, she should have. Aside from size gains, I want to increase stamina and control, going for 20 minutes or more before ejaculating.

After finding this forum and doing some reading, I decided to try it out, and started a routine, very similar to the newbie one listed here, in late Dec (12/26). It is as follows.

10 minutes warm up with heating pad and wet wash cloth
10 minutes stretching, 30 second stretches left, straight up, right, straight down, straight out
150 Jelqs.
5 minute warm down
50 kegels, 25 hard as I can for 5 seconds, 25 hard as I can for 20 seconds with 5 second breaks.

I have posted my starting measurements in the database and they are BPEL - 5”, EG - 4.5”. I intend to post measurements monthly, so anyone will be able to see how things progress for me. I am not entirely sure I am doing the jelqs properly, even after watching the videos. I seem to have problems which I think it is due primarily to my small size. I usually wind up using one hand to prevent my foreskin and fat pad from interfering with the stroke of the other hand. This seems to allow the compression of the blood better.

I have not mentioned anything about it to my wife, it will be interesting to see how long it takes her to notice any changes (assuming it works as planned).

I am also encouraged at the number of others who are my size and improved. This forum seems to be a great group of supportive guys regarding a problem I suspect many of us feel frustration about.
