That’s a good question. :) As long as you’re getting better EQ. And can keep and maintain an erection without issue. You’re doing it right.

Considering an increase in FL is more of a physical sign of PE at work. PIs are physiological indicators, meaning inside your body. And if you’re getting better EQ and there isn’t any pain. I would assume everything to be working properly.

Yah I can get erections whenever basically, sometimes not as hard and throbbing as others lately but can get hard and sustain it.

Your EQ is also determined by how often you jerk off. So maybe don’t do that as much. :) Not saying you are, but you are a man. And we all jack it, just some more than others. I actually have a very high sex drive and have learned how to control it by doing PE. :) Sounds odd. PE helps with more that dick growth.

Just in time to make sure you don’t lose all the expansion. I get the hand in place when the first one is moving up the shaft, but don’t squeeze until it feels the right time to do so. You get a feel for it. Just concentrate on what you are feeling.

So I’ve been PEing for a while now and I saw gains in the beginning but it seems like I’m stuck where I’m at. I’ve been doing mostly stretching for length. Anybody have any suggestions.

Switch up the routine until you see new gains, as long as you feel pressure and are doing things the right way you’ll gain, It’s just not gonna be the same exact pace as your newbie gains.
