Why did you changed the routine which gave you gains man? You shouldn’t have increased the extender hours. You were gaining with what you were doing. Do it again. As for the red spots, try using more heat to make the tissue more elastic to manipulate.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Quick question, my flaccid length seems to be greatly changed just by simply pulling on it for a brief second or just shaking it. I in no way gain a semi or any extra blood flow but i am almost 1.5” longer once tugged. Is this normal? should I measure at its shrunken state or at its longest?

Also even after a pe session unless i pump my penis will still return to its ‘shrunken’ size although this always varies i am just concerned and want to be able to keep it elongated regardless of situation. Any help or answers will help greatly.

Because I read most places to increase hours gradually up to 8-9 hours. I started with just 2-3 hours for the first week, then gradually increased with an average of 4-5 in the first 3 weeks. Seems like I may need to go back to that yes, it will hopefully take back the gaining route. It’s strange, it seems to get smaller and smaller both flaccid and erect the last couple of weeks as if it’s starting to be counterproductive. Guess it’s a sign of too much force from the extender or too many hours, though I thought that the more the better when it came to low force extending/ADS.

I don’t think I’ll be able to do more heat. I’m already using 15-20 min. IR lamp as a warm-up and keeping it on during the routine. If I put it anywhere closer to the lamp, it really feels like it’s going to burn the skin.

You may even want to take a short break for some heal time. It sounds like overtraining and stress beyond what your unit can handle. The PIs you mention seem to indicate that.

If you find a zone that your body responds to well, it may be wise to ride that out until there is no more response. It is hard enough for guys to find any kind of zone in which they experience growth.

Also, your point about the heat is pretty sound. Heat is fine and all, burning is not. Diminishing returns are pretty damn ugly w/ heat at some point.

Yes, I figured I should take a couple of extra days off without any extender or exercises, so that’s what I’m doing right now. I will go start up with what I did back when gaining, and see if I can achieve the same effect and feeling. Won’t change anything unless I don’t see anymore gains from this, or if the PI’s indicate that I have to change something! Thanks!

I’m just finding it difficult to take extra off-days as I feel like I’m not being consistent. I guess that in order to not over train, and to not condition my unit unnecessarily, I should just take it a bit easier and have that extra off-day when it feels sore or the EQ is a bit down. Not even using the extender.

Ok, you know what? To be consistent you have to be healthy first. Stop doing anything for a while. When you see that your size is good again , start over. Take some rest. You don’t want your dick to dissapear inside you, right?

As for the red spot, I agree about the heat. You are using quite a good amount. You may have used a little too much pressure than needed.

Keep in mind that, as BusterHymes said, you are describing classical signs of overtraining. Take some rest.

Hey so I’ve been doing a good routine for a couple weeks now and I’ve also had a gd amount of sex lately. But I’m finding it difficult to get off!! Is that because I’m over working my penis and it needs to heal more?? I mean I keep getting morning and evening wood so I know that’s a gd sign. And I don’t have any ED when it’s time to perform. Any thought on that. Thanks

As long as you are pushing blood up your penis and creating expansion in front of your hand, you are suing enough grip strength. You don’t need to strangle your penis.
