How much does it cost to build a simple but effective hanger? Please link me to where I can find the instructions. I’m too lazy to jelq now.

Sex and PE

Hey guys !

Maybe my question has been answered somewhere in this thread or other, but it is very simple:

How long before and after my routine can I have sex?

I remember reading somewhere else bout a year ago, that you need to wait 6 hrs before/after PE to have sex safely, you know, because of the pressure and stress your P goes through.

Is that true?, I consider myself very “active” sexually, and add to that all the daily life activities, its too much !

If you can get an erection, you can have sex. Sex is far less stressful to your penis than PE.

Hanging Alternative

What are your thoughts on substituting a strap wrapped around the foot for a weight when hanging?

The penis is wrapped and a hanger placed over the wrap, as normal, but then an adjustable strap is attached to the hanger and looped over the foot to create tension. And because the (nylon) strap is adjustable, any amount of tension can be applied to the penis, from light to unreal.

My question, more specifically, is what does weight hanging give a hanger that the setup I described above does not?

Can we alter the length of a day from 24 hours to 31 hours please? I need that length of day to fit everything in and still get some sleep….

Sounds like yet another method of penile tractions to me. It’d probably do damage.

The only real big thing i’d think about is the ability to record weight with weight hanging though for progressive increases.

Great thread making it easy to post questions! :)

1) I’m getting a lot of red spots and general red/start to purple areas around my pee hole and frenulum. It seems these comes from manual stretching, and especially jelqing. I do a lot of warm-up, and also keep the IR on while exercising. If I apply less force while stretching, I wouldn’t be able to feel any good stretch. I already use some sort of chalk/baby powder and a sock to get a better grip with less force. I also make sure to be completely flaccid. It seems like this redness is building up and getting worse week by week. I really don’t see how I should be able to do the exercises effectively using less force!

2) In the first 3 weeks I gained 0,1 lenght and 0,2 girth doing manuals and extending. I was blown away, as this girth gain actually seemed to be very real and was there consistently at any time. It seemed like it was even girthier while getting out of the extender. For the last 3 weeks however, I have not gained anything, in fact, I have lost almost all of the girth gain. All I did was to add hours in the extender as I think I should. I’m doing manuals 4-5 days a week and extending every day for 7-9 hours using low force, before it was 4-5 hours extender with same amount of manuals.

Background if you’re interested:
I started PE’ing roughly 6 weeks ago after several years of break. Never really gained much lenght before, but did gain some girth - especially the head girth. I am pretty sure I’m restricted by the dorsal thickening, so now I’m doing fulcrum stretching with lots of heat from an IR and 10 min. Jelqs. Along with extending.
