Hello everyone ! Has anybody here experienced any substantial natural gains in the period of let’s say 19 to 21 or even beyond like 22-23 for instance ?

Even conditioned, clamping finished me off (1 set, 10 minutes on my routine). I’m without morning and night wood (not sure about night, because I’m heavy sleeper and did not wake up to pee) and facing short erections (hard erections, but they do not last too much).

Overall health is excelent, specially my diet, that is spot-on for a while (cannot get any better, I guess). Just fighting that little anxiety that affects most of us here (getting better, accepting my current size. Any gains will be a bonus).

Planing to take at least 3 weeks (more? less?) off (resting) and start all over again in the newbie routine.

Questions:
What to do on these rest days to support (If possible) my “healing”?
Kegels, reverse-kegels?
Warm him up?
Erections will halt my “healing” process? Since I’m not noticing any woods in my sleep, afraid to my penis become a fiber-stick.

Yeah. I just started two weeks ago and have put on a noticeable centimeter (3/8”) BPEL and a few millimeters (~1/4”) EG. Assuming you’re talking about age of course - I’m a 20 year old male, frequent exercise, no masturbation. It’s never too late (or too early, unless you’re like 2) to start, and in fact some data suggests gains come easier to older people if I remember right.

On my rest days I just keep the little guy warm and comfortable. I treat my penis like I treat my muscles on rest days - no stress, warmth, some gentle massage (to get that circulation going). I get they’re not the same tissue, but I don’t see why the same principles shouldn’t apply.

I do normal Kegels. Not experienced enough with reverse-Kegels to give an input.

Warmups are so important. It gets circulation going, which in turn minimises the chance of tissue damage related to temperature - when you’re cold, your blood vessels constrict and this means they get cut off easier (I think). Also, less blood to tissue means less oxygen, means they can’t respire means inefficiency. I warm up before, warm up after my stretches and before jelqs, and warmdown afterwards. Each for about 5 minutes with a warm-hot washcloth (not so hot you burn yourself).

I don’t see why erections would tamper too much, as long as you aren’t getting them super-often. Erection = tension on the very tissue you’re trying to recover, but it also means increased circulation, so I don’t know. Personally, my erections are extremely under control, with nothing happening regularly and nothing at night or in the morning. I don’t watch porn, don’t masturbate. Maybe its a bad EQ but it facilitates my foreskin restoration effort so I don’t see it as a bad thing.

PE for ED

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone has used PE successfully as a cure for ED. I’m only 26 and have had horrible ED over the last 2 years - Barely any morning wood, and only transient erections that will not stay up unless I am vigorously stimulating and clenching kegels. No obvious injuries.

What I meant bro is addressed to those older than 21. In a sense of gains that came naturally without any PE.

Many guys continue to grow naturally until they are 21, although it is usually not a great deal of growth. A few guys who start puberty very late will still have substantial growth at that time. I doubt many guys will get substantial growth between 22-23, though some may still experience a little if they are late starters.
Usually growth stops when puberty ends; for me that was at about 15.

I was 16 almost 17 when I started puberty. When ms tnt and I were dating, I had no pubes. I was a late starter.

If I remember correctly I was 16 years old 5 inches 19 ,6.2 . It remained the same since then.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I don’t remember it ever looking any different past the age of 17 but I can’t say for sure. Late bloomer here, couldn’t grow a decent beard until 26 but the junk seems to have stayed. Until I started PE of course.
